Fantastic experience: By far the best gym. I was so nervous about joining and so self conscious but the girls made it feel so welcoming, even the other members say hi to me despite the fact ive never been to any classes, only one to ones. My only regret is not starting sooner.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming & the trainers are a fab bunch of ladies that make going to the gym not intimidating and inviting with laughs a plenty & I’ve been to some fab classes so far and used the gym equipment also - I’m booked in for my first PT session next week so looking forward to that , very happy I joined and can’t wait to see where it can take me on my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I joined Benefit just over a month ago and I go as often as I can, it's such a warm friendly place and always a laugh. Never feel out of place and always welcoming even if you aren't as experienced as some of the other ladies you are never made to feel any less. I always feel wonderful after a morning with the benefit girls ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Benefit Gym enough. I have not been to a more welcoming, fun and happy gym. There are so many classes to choose from. The girls who take the classes are so friendly. You are worked hard but with lots of encouragement and so much laughing. All the members I have met have been so nice and no one judges you. Wish I’d joined sooner.

Fantastic experience: Joined benefit a few weeks ago, it’s fab, girls are super friendly, there is no pressure to look a certain way. Have done a few classes now and enjoyed them all, so glad I joined.

Fantastic experience: I joined Benefit Perth last year coming back from an injury. I needed to find a place where I felt I could fit in without feeling I was lacking fitness. Thankfully what the team offers is a huge variety of classes, gym equipment and most importantly acceptance of where you are at. I’d highly recommend coming and giving it a try. It’s fun and so friendly. So much choice, great music, vast amounts of laughter and you’ve done a workout without realising it!

Fantastic experience: BeNefit I have recently joined this All Female Gym. I am loving it so far . In the process of working through classes to see what suits me . I have LOVED - Dancing Queen ! The best so far . The girls are very friendly and approachable. Make you feel very welcomed and I am not embarrassed to ask questions . My body does not know what has hit it ! However - Onwards and upwards ! Thanks Girls xx

Fantastic experience: I would have said I'm not really a gym girl as I prefer the great outdoors. However I went along to have a chat with the girls at BeNefit - to see what they are all about and within a few days I joined up. It's a very bright airy space with plenty activities on offer. Neve and Becky are very friendly and make the classes so much fun - Absolutely fabulous

Fantastic experience: What a great experience it is at the BeNefit gym.Neve and Becky are good fun, knowledgeable and very welcoming. I am really enjoying the classes and using the equipment. Music is fab and they use all manner of genres in their music choices. Just been a member for a week but it’s given me a new lease of life. The other members are lovely and friendly which really helps you settle into this family of gradual feel good atmosphere. Thank you very much girls. You are a tonic. Xx

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Benefit Gym and am so glad that I have. I just wish I'd done it sooner.The staff are friendly and welcoming and the classes are so much fun. There's a great range of different classes to suit everyone from yoga and pilates, to circuits and a fab aerobic workout to Abba music. There is an amazing range of equipment for use to ensure you increase your fitness levels to the max. I find myself not only bouncing into the gym but bouncing out too!

Fantastic experience: I was new to the area so joined the gym as it was close to home and I am so glad I did. Lovely, helpful staff, great range of classes which as a member I am able to attend as many or as few as I like. Lots of equipment to use if you fancy a change from the classes not to mention the impromtu Raves and Ceilidh's - great fun, great gym.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this ladies only gym. The coaches are great and give you lots of support. The classes are varied and suit all ages and abilities.There is also the usual gym equipment if at times you prefer to workout on your own. This is a very friendly gym and I have made a lot of friends over the years.

Fantastic experience: Benefit Ladies Gym offers a variety of classes at an affordable cost. The staff and fellow gym-goers are friendly and approachable. The girls have created a space where you’ll feel empowered, encouraged and ready to conquer your fitness journey in a fun and welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: I am a member of this women only gym and get so much out of it. The staff are so friendly and encouraging. Many classes are on offer, including one to one sessions. There's a great circuit of equipment designed to work every muscle set which is perfect if you only have 30 minutes or so available to tone up. It is a very sociable, friendly and welcoming place and I'm very happy to be part of it.

Fantastic experience: Fab club. I love working out beside other like minded women. The team are enthusiastic & want you to have fun & succeed. Classes are varied & great but if you're not in the mood you can just stick to the equipment, everything from treadmills to Kettlebells.
