Positive experience: The teenagers at the side are nice and my old teacher there Ian is nice and has a good sense of humour but I allways come out with a foot ache and once I sprained my hand on the punching bag(as they call “free standers”) I don’t go anymore but I’ve learned how to fight and it’s been good fitness

Fantastic experience: Both our children go to Dynamix, and love it there. We have just held our Sons 6th birthday party today, and it was amazing. All our son’s friends (and parents) loved it. You spend an hour in the DoJo, culminating in the birthday boy or girl cutting their cake with a Samurai Sword. Thank you to Ian and Jackie for making his day with this party. If you hold a party for your child here, you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Great family friendly establishment. All 3 of my children attend classes here, great fun and teaches them self control and their confidence is growing. Coaches are always on hand to help if there is something they don’t understand and a very good structure system.

Fantastic experience: Ian & Jackie have created a welcoming, friendly, safe environment for both children and adults. In a short space of time my son has been transformed into a confident, enthusiastic little boy who is working towards gaining a set of skills and morals that will last him a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: Love being a part of the dynamic martial arts family. We joined earlier this year as wanted our 4year old to learn some self defence and self discipline starting school, but it looked so good my husband and I joined too! The classes are just the right length for children and adults, warm ups range from fun to brutal (those Spiderman walks will forever haunt my dreams) and always come away from class feeling like we’ve had a good workout and got the most out of our time. We’ve gone to classes with a couple of different coaches and had a couple of warmups with the junior leaders (which is a fantastic idea, can’t wait for our son to be old enough) and all have been brilliant. The uniform is really smart and we all feel so proud putting it on each week with our belts. Our son loves the incentive of “star of the week” too that they do in his class and was absolutely buzzing when he got one recently. The out of class incentive of helping around the house, brushing their teeth etc is something we’re looking forward to doing next year as well.

Fantastic experience: My son has been going for nearly 2 years now and has loved it since day one. I've even joined myself to hopefully catch up to him one day since he now has his orange belt. Great place to get a family into kickboxing.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Marshall arts school, My daughter has come on in confidence and fitness in leaps and bounds! The instructors are super friendly and supportive and also gently encourage independence which has been amazing for my daughter. I cannot thank them enough!

My son attends a weekly class and since he has started he has grown in confidence, it has helped his coordination and his attention/focus not to mention the health benefits from weekly training. He loves attending the sessions and always leaves with a smile on his face. Jackie and Ian are brilliant with the children, demonstrating positivity and respect which encourages the same back from the children and teaches them important life skills. Fantastic experience: Dynamix is a professional well organised centre that encourages all their members. My son really enjoys taking part in his weekly class and ALWAYS comes out with a smile on his face. Not only do they teach the movements/technics needed but the biggest thing for me is they teach their members respect. I would highly recommend Dynamix to friends and family for all ages to have fun whilst learning at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Great classes for Adults, children & teenagers. I joined The ladies class and honestly couldn’t recommend this enough!! The classes are fun, educational & great for fitness. A great group of people and brilliant instructors! And now my daughter has joined and absolutely loves the classes.. she comes home with a smile every week!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with the Tiny Tigers karate class. My 3 year old absolutely loves it, and Ian and Jackie are so friendly and welcoming. They've really made it so much fun for my daughter. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My son has been attending Dynamix weekly for nearly a year, the classes are amazing, and my son has made brilliant progress with the professional support and encouragement from Ian and Jackie. You get 2 free taster sessions and the sessions are designed for age and ability. Ian and Jack teach sparring, weopon sessions and much more. Theres the chance to do and participate in extra activities too throughout half term. I would highly recommend this club my sons confidence abd well being has improved massively.
