Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Simon, he’s been supportive, encouraging, understanding and motivating to help me with my weight loss. Over many years, many failed diets and not sure what else to do I signed up with Simon. Now over 2 stone lighter I feel so much more positive about myself and the bonus was I didn’t even feel like I was dieting. Still had my chocolate fix each day and making smarter choices I feel like I’ve got the right mindset to keep it off!
Fantastic experience: Brilliant support from an amazing coach. Worked with him for weight loss and saw good and consistent results. Genuinely cares about you and makes sure you are looking after yourself throughout the process. Really knowledgeable and provides strategies that result in consistent weight loss or muscel growth depending on what your after. Hope to work with him again in the future.
Fantastic experience: Simon is a great personal trainer. He’s given me a strength training programme and nutrition advice that’s helping me keep muscle and build healthy habits while I’m on GLP-1 weight loss medication. If I have any questions he is more than happy to answer. His answers are very informative. I have recommended Simon to many of my friends.
Fantastic experience: I worked with Simon as my coach to get ready for a half marathon in Windsor, and I can’t recommend him enough. I smashed a PB on the day! I only had seven weeks to prepare, but because I already had a base, Simon tailored the training plan so there was one optional run each week on top of the key sessions. That extra flexibility made a huge difference with a young family to juggle alongside my training. His nutrition plan helped loads on race day too. Simon was always around for support and I’ll definitely work with him again in the future. He’s an excellent online personal trainer and running coach. Thanks again Simon!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Simon as my weight loss coach for about 8 months last year. He was super to work with - very knowledgeable, friendly and having his support from an accountability point of view was extremely beneficial. Overall, I lost just over 10kg (22lbs) and achieved my goal weight. The weekly check in calls were particularly useful as we reviewed food and exercise for the week but also discussed topics such as time management and reducing stress, often overlooked factors in the weight loss journey, particularly when working a demanding job. Overall, I was very happy to have worked with Simon. If you're on the fence about hiring a coach, I'd encourage you to give it a go - investing in yourself to achieve your goals more quickly and healthily is worth it. It certainly was for me.

Fantastic experience: I hired Simon to help me lose weight for my wedding, and also help me with my running. When I joined I could just about do a 5k and he put together an intense 12 week plan to finishing my first half marathon, which I smashed in 2:24. The best thing about Simon was the daily support and check-ins, which kept me accountable and on track. Having someone to talk to daily and fine tune your fitness program and nutrition on a day to day basis, taking into account how daily stresses, injury niggles and social plans was HUGE, and wouldn’t have been possible if I was just seeing a PT in-person once a week. Fantastic experience: Simon has been helping me with my goals to increase my strength and put on more muscle for the last 8 months, which I was at a loss as to how to do on my own. He created an easy to follow exercise plan and gave me good advice on what I can do to improve my nutrition. I have noticed a marked improvement in my strength and muscle tone since I started working with him, which is very encouraging. I appreciate the fact that Simon is always on hand to answer questions via Whatsapp and the daily Whatsapp checkins help to keep me focused. He advocates for a balanced approach, which makes any changes I make more likely to stick - not a "diet" but a "lifestyle". I also like the fact that while he takes his coaching seriously, this doesn't prevent him making our Face-to-Face and Zoom sessions fun and enjoyable. Speaking of over-extending, as someone who is hypermobile, I have to be careful with certain exercises as I have a bigger chance of injury because my ligaments stretch beyond the expected point. Simon has studied hypermobility and is able to suggest modifications if required, which helps me to feel confident that I am doing the exercises safely. If you're looking for someone who can help you with your fitness/weight gain/weight loss goals with a holistic view, you will be in safe hands with Simon. He will support you every step of the way, holding you accountable with a positive and constructive attitude - you won't regret it!
Fantastic experience: I was looking for a long time for someone to help me lose weight. I run a lot, but put on a bit of weight during COVID and it wasn't shifting even with the running. So I searched for a coach and found many, but Simons website and the message on there, resonated wit me and I sent him an enquiry to see where it would go.
