Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Susan's classes highly enough either in person or online. Every class is different and we usually learn something useful and interesting as Susan is continually researching and never stands still....literally! All classes are tailored to all abilities so everyone is catered for. Fabulous classes.

Fantastic experience: No two classes are the same which makes them very enjoyable, excersises always tailored to different abilities in the room, Susan has a huge breadth of knowledge and I definitely benefit from attending flexibility, strength and overall well being. Fantastic experience: Susan's classes are a great motivator. I feel "at home" with her and her classes. She understands how we feel as we approach, go through and beyond the menopause with such a wide variety of exercises to suit everyone. One of the main things I like about Susan is what you see is what you get - warts and all. (No offence Susan). I am 62 and my fitness levels, body shape, general well being and confidence with myself are at the best they have been for a long time thanks to the pilates, chats and advice and I know I am doing the right things to try and avoid osteoarthritis and similar conditions associated with the menopause. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Susan is a great teacher who is very mindful of the individual needs of each of her clients. She is very friendly and fun whilst also explaining the science of her subject in an easy to understand way. Her balance of strength/resistance training and well-being and relaxation has been perfect to keep me motivated through lockdown and beyond. I rejoined Alive following an injury to return to fitness and it has been absolutely fantastic (there is a video library online where I have been able to choose the type of training to do that day in accordance with how my injured foot was feeling at the time).

Fantastic experience: As a 50+ woman who has attended Alive Fitness Pilates classes since 2016 and formerly Susan Booth’s other fitness classes since 2008, I would highly recommend them for any woman over 40 who wants tailored, appropriate and focussed classes for this age group. Susan’s classes whether face to face or online, have just the right balance of challenge and accessibility. Susan fully understands the changes to women’s bodies during this time in life and has formulated exercises to enhance, improve and strengthen our bodies. Susan also offers nutritional guidance, pelvic floor advice and generally a whole holistic package for the 40+/menopausal woman.
