Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Gym Serving the Tweed Valley for both cyclist and non cyclists alike. Excellent set up and the class sizes mean that you get so much more than any other gym I’ve been a member of. Great sense of community within the membership a gym that I always look forward to going to and have seen drastic gains already within the first month of membership

Fantastic experience: Great facility and team. Not your typical gym where you come and go, but book classes. This really takes the stress off amateur gym goers (like myself) on trying to figure out what works best for maximum impact. The classes are small enough that it almost seems like group personal training so you get a lot of feedback and tips on how to improve. The team are relaxed and relatable and keep you enjoying yourself (even through the wattbike sessions)
