Fantastic experience: Every time I walk into the studios in Eccles I feel a sense of calm and warmth. It’s such a beautiful space and I have loved exploring their workshops and treatments there. I have attended the yoga and meditation workshop with Maria and Paige a few times now and it’s something I really look forward to and will return to again without a doubt. I have also recently treated myself to a Reiki healing session with Maria which was incredibly transformative. Not only did I feel the healing working in the room but I have felt several shifts in my energy and outlook following the session. I didn’t know what to expect having not done it before, but Maria has such a calming and open energy, I soon forgot my apprehension and relaxed into it. It was a lovely experience, thank you Maria xx

Fantastic experience: I just love this place. I first came across it by attending a Cacoon retreat with Max. I decided from there on it was the place for me. I have been to Women's Empowering group with Amie and Julie. This is truly a beautiful experience I have been to an Angelic reki session with Julie. She is very peaceful and kind. I am becoming the person l was always meant to be. Thank you xxx

Fantastic experience: I originally stumbled across Transcend a few years ago looking for a local crystal seller that I could trust, since then I have been to a number of their classes and indulged in treatments! I come back every week, because I have never felt so welcome, everyone you meet whether part of the Transcend crew or are visiting are just lovely! If you haven’t visited already, then you are missing out!

Fantastic experience: Rest and rejuvenation workshop was amazing, thank you to Marie and Paige. From first entering the room, the warmth the smell, the layout and starting with Kundalini yoga, chanting, the smooth transition into Yin yoga. The flow and energy. Thank you, I will sleep well.

Fantastic experience: Visited with my sister and nephew for the first time today. We all really enjoyed ourselves, staying for an Indigo Moon Smoothie, Mushroom Matcha latte and mushroom cacao in the vegan cafe. Yum! The walk through shop is very well stocked with all the well being essentials. We had a lovely chat with the staff who are all volunteers within the clearly beautiful Transcend family. Plenty going on classwise too, from yoga and mediations, to tarot readings and talking therapies to much, much more. All in all its a lovely nurturing space.

Fantastic experience: I attended an incredible, extremely informative sound practitioner course , it was everything I thought it would be and more. I feel privileged to have attended and been trained by Andrea & Paulo. I have attended other sound training both online & in person but it wasn’t enough , it didn’t scratch the itch , I knew I needed this. The vast amount of information delivered in such a fun way made it memorable , which is usually a task for me as I have dyslexia but the way the course was delivered made it all sink in. I admired the teaching skills and style and could have gone back every weekend for more. The use of the instruments and using our own guidance was beautiful, so different to courses where you are told what to do, this was about us as a collective feeling into everything that is. I can’t think of anything that would have enhanced the experience it was perfecto with a cherry on top

Fantastic experience: The first thing to say about transcend studios is that everyone is truly welcome, and as soon as you walk through the door and up the stairs into the amazing creative space you feel completely at home. I have had lots of treatments and wonderful experiences in the old mill… Most recently a tarot reading with Moran! It was absolutely wonderful. I always get a latte and a piece of cake (they do a great deal) to finish of my visit. The staff are unbelievably friendly, and clearly value each other as both friends and work colleagues. I cannot recommend this place enough… Paulo (the Captain of the ship) has Created a truly artistic and uplifting environment for people to gather and grow.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Transcend Studios for about 8 months.I wasn't feeling very well mentally due to my busy job as a staff nurse. I felt tired ,a bit low in mood , burnt out and very stressed. On my first visit I was met by the lovely friendly staff who explained all the classes and sessions they run .I joined the Qi Gong session which is so calm and relaxing . Paulo and Andrea talk you through the class step by step .It's so friendly and relaxed . I now attend Qi Gong ,Yoga, soundbath (every Tuesday evening )and the Sound cradles . The sessions have helped almost eliminate how badly I was feeling when I first attended. Paulo who owns Transcend Studios is always on hand to offer advice and support to anybody who needs it . The Moon Chi cafe is a lovely calm ,relaxing and inclusive place to relax with a great menu selection. The small shop sells crystals,incense, wind chimes ,Buddha, Chakra items, books and much more . I have made quite a few friends here and don't feel so isolated anymore . I just drop in for a coffee anytime and get a warm welcome . The classes are great value for money. All the staff are qualified and and highly trained . It's become my second home and I plan on going to many more of the classes, events and sessions they hold . I really do recommend this lovely friendly place . Try one of the sessions or events they hold .I guarantee you won't be disappointed. It's great for anybody with health conditions to help improve your overall physical health . Fantastic for anybody with mental health disorders to help with wellbeing,anxiety, isolation and loneliness. Transcend Studio is a place in the community that is much needed with the busy lives we lead and to tackle loneliness and improve our health . My personal favourite is the Sound Cradles.Then again it's hard to choose . I am booked on The summer Solstice session .I also plan on The Crystal's session and 80s Aerobics. The list is endless !

Fantastic experience: Visited Transcend Studios for a reiki taster session recently. I am always very dubious about healing that isn't medicinal however after a recent diagnosis I wanted to try something outwith my comfort zone and have to say that even after a short taster session, I felt a difference. Paulo is very good at what he does, I felt relaxed in the comfortable surroundings and at ease during the session. I'd highly recommend and certainly I'll be back. Steph

Fantastic experience: My sister had been going to the sound bath and reiki session for two weeks and she asked me to go on Thursday night. I couldn’t find online, so call the number. There was no answer, in the mean time I found it online and realised the session was full that evening. Minutes later a lovely man called me as he had missed my call. I explained about the full session. He was so lovely and said come any way. I was so pleased he did, it was an absolutely amazing experience ( mind blowing) The only problem was….. I never need to set an alarm in the morning as I wake up naturally at 4am. Not this Friday…. I was nearly late for work. I slept like a baby. I have already booked for next Thursday as I didn’t want to miss out. I would recommend to anyone xxx Lisa x

Fantastic experience: I attended the sound-cradle session tonight, my first visit and it will not be my last. I’m absolutely in shock, at the positive energy in the place, the decor, how friendly and uplifting the staff members are. I have never felt so much relaxation in my life especially the feeling of being able to let go completely after loosing someone so close to me in the family. I felt safe and able to process the different emotions. I even felt like my soul left my body at one point. Just absolutely beautiful and you should all be so proud of what you are doing and how you are helping people. Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found Transcend, what a beautiful space! The sound cradles are an incredible experience and today I did Qi Gong and an Angelic Reiki session with Andrea - I came away feeling so positive and healed.

Fantastic experience: Qi Gong, Sound Baths, and Sound Cradles are just some of the events and classes available at the Transcend Studios near Eccles. Yoga, Reiki, Relaxing Massages, and many more classes are available at the Transcend Centre, which even has it's own car park (free). There is also an on-site cafe, with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and sociable. The atmosphere and ambience of the Transcend Studios is very relaxed and uplifting. If you are on your own and would like to meet new friends, become more confident socially, this place is a must. There is also a shop on site which offers a good selection of souvenirs, should you require any retail therapy. There are books to read too. Just pop in for a drink, you will be pleasantly surprised. Fantastic experience: Trascend is a hidden gem within Eccles!! Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The amount of classes they have caters to so many people. I love Belles Trapeze Yoga class and the sound cradle class! And love you can get a coffee after and browse the shop and stalls they have. If you’re looking for self care and looking after your well being, it’s the place to go

Fantastic experience: Transcend, is simply a little slice of heaven! It has a super chilled, tranquil vibe, the staff and all therapists are all really friendly and always have time to chat to you. I was gifted the Transcend Signature Healing for my birthday, and booked in with the amazing Paulo. The healing session was simply next level, everything was tailored to me, even down to my choice of incense! Paulo is an incredible healer and I came out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and re- balanced. Thank you Paulo, for creating and holding such an important space for people! X

Fantastic experience: I have attended both the Tai Chi classes and the Sound by candlight evening . I found the Tai Chi very relaxing and enjoyable.Sound by candlight was a beautiful evening .Lovely relaxing sounds I felt so relaxed i almost fell asleep .I suffer with severe anxiety but both teachers Paulo and Andrea put me at ease and made me So welcome .I recommend any of the treatments at The Transcend studios for either mental health or physical health conditions or both . After the sessions I feel so calm ,relaxed and i always have a restful night's sleep . I am a staff nurse and definitely going to recommend these sessions to my patients. There is also a lovely cafe with delicious coffee and cakes which is always a bonus .! So happy I have found this gem of a place .

Fantastic experience: This place is warm and welcoming and provides a number of both group and individual therapies for all. The coffee/drinks area is cosy environment to unwind in either before or after sessions. For anyone with disabilities the stairs could be a challenge but doable with care.

Fantastic experience: This place is incredibly special. Me and my best friend went along to a craft and taster day there last weekend and instantly fell in love. The place is warm and inviting, the staff are some of the loveliest people I’ve ever met (especially paulo! He is a total sweetheart), the shop has some absolutely beautiful treasures and the cafe is completely vegan friendly and has some amazing teas. We did a sound bath taster session and loved it so much we ended up booking up and attending the full session on the Thursday night. The whole place has such a beautiful spiritual atmosphere and is an absolute hidden gem. I can’t wait for my next trip to Eccles so I can visit again.

Transcend Studios works tirelessly at bringing those who need well being the most into their space, as they work closely with referrals, as well as others. I have had the pleasure to attend some of their wonderful events and courses; I did my sound practitioner course there, and I felt that Paulo and Cherry’s knowledge and tenderness was incredibly special and nourishing to both our hearts, minds and souls! Fantastic experience: Hidden gem of Eccles! First time visiting today and guaranteed not the last! The coffee shop was lovely - if your vegan / lactose it has a good selection of food and dairy alternatives. The staff were welcoming, and so friendly! It has a large variety of clothes, gifts, alternative lifestyle, spiritual, art, jewelry. The shop was spread across into different sections. If you love the alternative / spiritual this is the place for you. Book lending available aswell. They also have loads of classes/ resources / fitness/ baby and toddler activities classes. I was incredibly impressed with everything going on. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: Transcend could be described as a holistic Aladdin's cave filled with magnetic energy. Transcend provides the most perfect all round enlightening experience for all ages, that will truly nurture your mind body and spirit. There is no place dedicated to introduce you to such authentic focus on wellbeing and kindness. From the minute I entered transcend I met Paulo, the genie of transcend. I knew I was going to be a part of this environment for many years to come. I’ve enriched my yoga and palates practice attended various meditation classes, tai chi, and so much more. There is baby massage, a meditation sound bath or reiki healing or even an aromatherapy massage or take a dip an ice bath. Or book on a workshop course and see where it leads. Learn to read taro cards or have a psychic reading or sing /dance or even balance your chakras with healing drums, the offerings are endless. You can wander through their beautiful energy filled crystal /gift shop, browse the vintage clothing and jewellery shop. Or enjoy a coffee or a smoothie they are 100% delicious, and there is aLao a tasty home made vegan menu. Transcend is all about opening that holistic door to a world of possibilities.

Fantastic experience: This place is such a hidden gem! The people here are so friendly and welcoming, and I love the ranges of classes and events they offer. Personal fave is 80’s aerobics! They also have a coffee shop with really unique drinks & their cakes are divine! And I love that their shop is filled with items from local crafters too. The place just has such a great community feel to it & you can see how much attention to detail has gone into the place. If you haven’t consisted this place yet, you honestly need to check it out!

Fantastic experience: I like to call Transcend my 'happy place' everyone here has become like my family, any bad day I have I come here and leave feeling whole again. I've never been to a place with so much love, positivity and happiness in the air. There is something for everyone with a huge wide range of classes with a price range for everyone. Plus not to mention the beautiful gift shop & BEST VEGAN FOOD! Paulo has become my soul angel!

Fantastic experience: Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. I went last night for the first time to do Synthetics - the ultimate 80’s workout but was told before it would be dance fitness.... I absolutely loved every minute. I'm a size 18 woman I struggled with some moves and came out looking like purple Ronnie but absolutely had the time of my life. How can exercise be so fun? I'm hooked after just 1 class.

Fantastic experience: I visited to meet with a member of a team called Well being matters. It was the first time I have been here. I was impressed with the facilities and there are classes for Yoga,Thai Chi and much more. There is a nice calm about the place with a cafe for people to use. Staff are friendly & helpful and I have an opportunity to use the facilities to help with my own well being. I was impressed and made to feel welcome and there is a calm atmosphere about the place. There is much to discover which I intend to look into.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place and amazing treatments! I had reiki with Lisa and it was transformative. I feel so much lighter and could really feel the energy / blocks moving. Transcend is the perfect place to visit if you need to disconnect to reconnect to yourself. It's incredible to see what Paulo and the team have created since my first trip to the previous studio.

Tamsin was very friendly, welcoming and incredibly passionate & brilliant at what she does. The session was calming, insightful and powerful I came away feeling refreshed and can’t wait to be back!

Positive experience: Arrived at 10:40 on a Tuesday for coffee/shop but the shutters were down. Wasted journey. Your website and Google says you open at 10? Shame you will be losing custom. Hopefully I’ll catch you open another time.

Fantastic experience: I visited here in a rush a few weeks ago looking for a crystal for someone who was experiencing grief. I walked in the door and up the stairs and was delighted by the warm welcome and astonished at this little gem of a place. To your right a gorgeous studio for healing/yoga classes to the left a welcoming cafe and to the back the crystal and holistics shop. I was helped immediately to find something suitable and was very happy at the fair price. I promised I would be back to enjoy a cafe. Yesterday I returned with my dog and was very pleasantly surprised to find that as well as getting the same warm welcome for me, my dog was made to feel safe and happy (she is a nervous rescue dog). She even treated to her own blanket. I sat down to enjoy my coffee and the owner (I am guessing) and all the customers made me feel like I was sat with friends. What a magical little place. Unfortunately, I am not from the area otherwise I would be in this place all the time. But I will be back and very keen to try some of the delicacies on offer.

Fantastic experience: Paulo, Linda and all the team have created such a beautiful vibe at Transcend Studios. The treatments are next level quality and the expertise is outstanding. It’s a welcoming and safe space and a lovely place to just sit and chill and enjoy a coffee. I am looking forwards to trying a class soon - the array of classes, groups and holistic treatments is really good and it’s so good to see the community enjoying it.

Fantastic experience: This is the place I've needed in my life! The space alone is gorgeous and comforting but it's filled with beautiful things to buy and really lovely people. Connect with other people there or chill out alone - there are plenty of cosy corners. There's a load of classes, plus a really big choice of massage and healing. I love it.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Such a lovely atmosphere, I look forward to visiting again and relaxing in the cafe and browsing the shop. I had a Swedish massage with Veronika she was lovely and welcoming. The massage was excellent I didnt want it to end! Afterwards I felt so relax and much relief. I would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Fantastic experience: I was told about TRANSCEND STUDIOS from my gardener Jamie who attends the studio. I was feeling so lost going through the perimenopause and lost all my self confidence. My mum had died in August and I was at my lowest. Finding Transcend Studios and the AMAZING people who welcomed me with open arms on my first vist. Paulo and Linda I cannot thank them enough. I have been welcomed and love everything about the place. I have started exercising again in the brilliant classes they have. Bought amazing crystals and other unusual gifts from the crystal shop. I highly recommend the TRANSCEND STUDIOS and I can't wait to continue on my healing journey. Get down to the Transcend Studio you will love everything about the amazing place.♥️

Fantastic experience: This is a little hidden gem in the heart of Monton Village.....so easy to book on classes the instructors are extremely friendly and the courses they offer are amazing......I go to Leanne from Monton Massage every 3 weeks and can honest.y say she really is “simply the best”. I recently bought the Iron and Velvet cleaning products without any nasty chemicals in them and they are amazing and smell Devine you get mirror/glass cleaner, floor, oven,antibacterial surface and bathroom cleaner for a great price.....Transcend really is a one stop shop for all your needs and well-being...give it a go...you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic experience: A beautiful tranquil space in the heart of Monton offering yoga, meditation, sister circles, reiki, massage, pilates and more. When you step into Transcend there is an instant feeling of peace and calm, you feel like you could be in the middle of nowhere. The walkway and garden is stunning too.
