Fantastic experience: I have been training with Deediest for just under two months now and I have already seen incredible changes in my health and fitness. Not only have I been able to see an improvement in my body I have also seen a massive positive change in my attitude towards working out. Dee has made every session I have fun and interesting and makes me look forward to working out, Dee puts so much hard work into making sure the sessions are fun but hardworking at the same time, I always leave the gym feeling great and see results every session. I would recommend Deedist for anyone who is looking at starting their healthier journey, going to a gym and working with a Personal Trainer is always scary, but with Dee she makes you feel so at ease no matter your level of fitness, she wipes the fear away and puts fun in its place.

Fantastic experience: I originally started training with Dee to improve my cycling goals, however Dee's approach to training has really helped me mentally as well as physically. Not only does she know how to push the right buttons to get you training like you never thought you could, the constant guidance, reassurance and monitoring makes you realise anything is possible. Although tough at times (mainly my own fault because I do as I am told without arguing) I really look forward to my PT sessions with Dee.

Fantastic experience: Deediest helped me to create a training schedule based around my first triathlon and really helped me to understand the different activities I can do to assist my training in the lead up to it.
