Fantastic experience: I recently joined Maxi-Abs and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Whether you're a newbie or a regular gym-goer, this place has everything you need for a great workout. The facilities are top-notch, and I never have to wait around for equipment. One of the standout features of this gym is child care! No excuses bring your child along! Natasha, in particular, has been fantastic! She’s always available to help with any concerns or questions I have.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym and think this is such a great idea for those who want to work out in private, not having to wait around for machines etc. The gym is well-equipped with pretty much everything you need & Natasha is so caring & helpful, she's instantly on hand if you need anything. This is the perfect solution for those struggling with childcare too and is a great opportunity to workout & catch up with friends! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I saw a facebook post and was immediately interested when I saw you could privately use the gym. I messaged Natasha and she has been amazing with all the info etc. My daughter and I booked for an hr session by ourselves. We went for 1st time today and we loved it! There is a wide range of equipment, cardio (inc spin bikes ❤️) and resistance machines. Plenty of dumbells, kettlebells and medicine balls. There is a big space for floor work and stretching. TRX, skipping ropes, resistance bands and my fave battle ropes. We have already booked our next sessions and are so glad we found this little gem of a place just down the road.

Fantastic experience: I've only been once so far, natasha is brilliant she really pushes you, she makes you feel so welcome, so do the rest there aswell.. I really did love it and can't wait for tonight

Fantastic experience: It's nice to be able to workout in private or as a group. Booking is easy to do. It's good that what ever questions are put to the owner of the establishment are answered in a caring, understanding and quick manner. Every time I go I have a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Loved going to the classes, so much fun and a great work out.. each session is different so you don’t get bored! Tash is a great support, I also had personal training sessions with her which were amazing! Currently on a break as I have just given birth but cannot wait to come back to the centre again soon ☺️

Fantastic experience: I joined Maxi in September last year (2023) with the recommendation in Luton fb group. Natasha is so approachable and always ready to help out. You will definitely feel like a family member when you’re in Maxi. I am working out with PT (Kendis) in Maxi atm. They are really flexible and always flexi with my very busy schedule. Cent per cent recommend to start your fitness journey with Maxi.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the facilities. Every piece of equipment you could want and always clean and in good condition. The ability to book for exclusive use is an excellent idea that I would recommend for anybody that enjoys working out without waiting for equipment to be free or to plan your own routine. The owner has always been professional and helpful with giving tips and advise on both the types of equipment to use and nutritional advise. The 121 PT sessions are excellent value and ideal when starting on a fitness journey. Would definitely recommend Maxi Abs to anyone looking for a gym that offers everything.

Fantastic experience: I go to MAXI ABS Fitness and nutrition centre as much as I can, all the session are excellent have a good laugh and a banging shake at end of every session, you get the best support from them all, you cant go wrong for £4 pay as you go or £10 for 3 sessions Now that's a bargain!!!
