Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Petra's fitness classes. She is such a pro at what she does, so the classes are always fun, varied and effective! I've been going since 2008 and am so glad that I found her classes because I'm heading through my 50s feeling fit and strong. The spin studio is friendly and not intimidating, whatever your fitness level, and the equipment is top of the range. Can't recommend New U enough, and the beauty treatments are an added bonus!

Fantastic experience: I was a bit sceptical a year ago when I went thinking about joining a spinning fitness class for the first time. Very quickly I was proved wrong! The atmosphere, quality of bikes (cleaned after every exercise class) and variation of workouts driven by Petra have been great. Music is brilliant and Petra keeps everyone motivated. Lots of different abilities and ages which was important to me. So glad I found this fitness centre.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a 6 day cycle challenge and there is no doubt that my regular spin class with Petra played a big part in getting me through to the end both physically and mentally. I have also done a number of other classes with Petra including her Nutrition Day and highly recommend the classes to anyone, whatever level of fitness, Petra will get through and you will feel great. There is the added benefit of Petra's eyelash curl and henna eyebrows making you feel great. :)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Petra's spin classes for over three years and can honestly say they're just amazing and great for all levels and ages ( me being in my late sixties ) If you want to get fit and maintain fitness in a friendly fun atmosphere - Petra's brilliant spin and excercise classes (plus nutritional advice ) can't be beaten. Always challenging with great music can't praise highly enough!

Fantastic experience: For the past three years I have been attending Petra’s spinning classes twice a week and the benefits to me are that its totally improved my fitness and increased my stamina. I always leave the class with a feel good factor after a really good workout. Petra is an excellent motivational instructor, who is great fun and ensures every class is different whether its speed or endurance training. I love the music and there is also a great team spirit with my fellow spinners ‍♀

Fantastic experience: I've been spinning with Petra over a year and I just love it....I nearly gave up after my local gym stopped the class I went to and then I found New U! Petra is fun, motivational, driven and a fantastic instructor. Her studio is modern, well located and with fantastic equipment.
