Fantastic experience: Jay is a very motivating personal trainer who has encouraged and supported me to work out and progressively improve in both cardiovascular and strength training. I have exercised on and off over the years, but this is the first time I have consistently committed to multiple sessions every week for almost a year, and I believe this is because of the way Jay plans and delivers the sessions, which are challenging but also great fun. He combines lots of different techniques supported by a range of equipment and creates a wonderful energy in each session. I can see a marked improvement in my fitness and confidence to try different approaches to exercise (eg EMOM, HiiT, weightlifting, boxing to name a few), and I particularly enjoy the small group sessions and sense of community that is created by these. Jay and Charlotte make a great team and are really flexible and accommodating and also provide great nutritional advice and meal plans, which is another huge plus. I would highly recommend these sessions to anyone thinking of training, regardless of previous ability or confidence as Jay adapts the intensity according to your ability and builds up the level of challenge according to your individual goals and experience. Fantastic experience: Training made fun! Great sessions with Jay - every session is different so you don’t get bored doing the same routines. Different faces in small sessions mixes it up. Jay is energetic, motivating, and charismatic, pushing you just enough to go beyond where you think you can get too and creating a challenge but without stretching you so beyond your means it is a negative experience, and the lovely Charlotte behind the scenes bringing it all together. Highly recommend :)
Fantastic experience: There’s no one as motivating as Jay. I was a complete gym novice (and a lazy one) but he’s inspired me to work hard, be strong and push me to my limit. Absolutely amazing and highly recommended!

I’ve used a number of personal trainers over the years but Jay has been by far the best at motivating me and personalising the sessions to my needs and goals. Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Change House for nearly six months. J has been brilliant. He has created a superb exercise regime taking me from a coach potato to someone who enjoys exercising in a few short months. He has also helped me lose over 1.5 stone. I would recommend The Change house wholeheartedly. Take a chance and have one session, the first steps are always the most difficult but I have found (with J’s help) they are the most worthwhile.

Fantastic experience: Jay is a fantastic PT. Since I’ve been training with him I have learnt a huge amount about my body, and his combined approach to fitness, strength and flexibility is getting results fast! Sessions are really varied (a must for me as I get bored quickly) and his enthusiasm is infectious. My performance in netball is already massively improved, and my lower back pain, which I’ve suffered with for as long as I can remember, has gone! Absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: To say Jay worked me HARD is an understatement and his knowledge of all things gym/nutrition is unbelievable! Great selection of top-of-the-range equipment (fully explained!) and lots of motivation/guidance from Jay (without making me feel inadequate as the gym has done previously). I feel so much stronger/fitter than I ever have using a public gym and now understand more about the process of "looking good and feeling great". HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You won't regret it!
