Here at EPIC Fitness our aim is to provide top quality Group Fitness Classes around the Ecclesall Road area in Sheffield. Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness as each workout offers options to make the workout more achievable or to increase the intensity for better results. All our sessions utilise HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles to deliver the most effective and efficient workouts available today. Whilst this may sound a bit daunting, these sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness. Modifications to all exercises are offered and the intensity of your workout will evolve organically, as your overall strength and stamina improves.
