Fantastic experience: Did a 6 week beginners course at Pandora’s and couldn’t have enjoyed it more! Met such a lovely group of girls and Trudi was so helpful and supportive each week! Excited to carry on my pole journey :)

Fantastic experience: I recently attended the beginner's pole dancing class and had the best time! The instructor Trudy was super patient and made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their fitness level or coordination. The class was well-structured, starting with basic moves and gradually building up to putting a few moves into a short routine. At the beginning I was worried I wouldn't be able to hold my own weight on the pole and by the last class I managed to climb to the top unassisted. It was a great workout and so much fun. I met some beautiful people there, and you can tell there's a real sense of community- I can't wait to go back! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to try something new and empowering.

Fantastic experience: The last few weeks in the beginner pole fitness class have been amazing! It’s something I’ve always wanted to try, and from the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. As a plus-size girlie, I was nervous at first—but that faded so quickly. The space is super supportive, body-positive, and empowering. My confidence and self-love have grown so much through this journey! I came in knowing nothing, and now I’ve learned how to spin, sit, and climb the pole plus warm-up tips and fun tricks along the way. Trudi is absolutely incredible. She’s patient, encouraging, and will happily show a move as many times as it takes (even if it includes a “pivot” that my brain just couldn’t quite grasp at first ). Thank you for such an uplifting and fun experience. I’ve had the best time and I’m so excited to keep learning more

Fantastic experience: Wanting to try something new and get fit, I began attending their beginners aerial hoop classes a few months ago. Had a lot of fun since meeting like-minded people and learning new skills. Instructors Nat and Emma are very supportive and it has been a good all round experience.

They hyped me up so many times and helped me to believe in myself,tbh I could say everyone who works in pandora becomes your family. Wouldn't exchange this place for any other studio!!!

Fantastic experience: The best place to meet amazing people and be creative. Started in Feb 23 after a pole hiatus and I’m so glad I found this place. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough for building strength and confidence in your body. Special shout out to Gina who has become one of my fave teachers but also a great friend. She’s always making sure you feel comfortable and have fun it truly makes the class special Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Attended Pandoras over a year now for a one to one aerial hoop session. My aerial teacher Natalie is an absolute professional - head and shoulders above anyone ive ever seen before in the fitness industry: and clearly a master of the hoop. She takes me through a warm up session before we start the hoop sessions: Natalie assures me step by step by showing and telling different formations and assisting me and encouraging me to throw myself in. I have faith and trust the the hoop with her guidance: I feel so confident after our practices and was welcomed to the Pandoras ‘family’ from my first session. I have a constant monthly one to one session booked and every time feel I come on leaps and bounds in my ability and confidence. Thanks Pandoras - you are definitely one of Liverpool’s hidden gems x

Fantastic experience: My favourite place for exercise and general good vibes. I got addicted to aerial hoop because everyone is super nice and supportive! In every course they do, they teach you all the fun poses and moves, and also some conditioning, but always letting you take things at your own pace and ability.

Fantastic experience: My friends surprised me with an aerial hoop class for my hen party. We had a great time and Meesha was fantastic helping us progress from struggling to hang from the hoop to balancing inside it just a few minutes later! A great, unique party idea!

Even though it’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while, I was so hesitant to start pole due to lack of confidence but Alex and Gina were amazing and supportive, along with the whole class. The studio has a great aesthetic and atmosphere and I’m really looking forward to going back. Would highly recommend to all!

Fantastic experience: Pandora's studio is amazing! All the staff are so kind and supportive, along with being skilled and knowledgeable in their various fields of expertise! Providing lessons in pole, aerial hoop, for beginners and intermediate along with 1-2-1 and group training, to stretch and flex sessions to help you make those spectacular shapes, they have it all, they do it all! If you're looking for a safe space to train and improve then this is the space for you, and if you're looking for some fun (hen do, birthdays, something new) then they also host parties and group bookings!

Fantastic experience: Was slightly nervous to try pole as I am a complete beginner, but I booked a private 121 for my first try and had the best time ever! I felt so at ease, no nerves at all. The studio is beautiful and bright and spacious the staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful. I’m going to book on for a course and also attend a class regularly now! Thank you so much guys :)))

There was lots of opportunity to take fun photos as well. Would highly recommend for a hen do/girls weekend, worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I visited with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. It was really easy to book the party package over email and everything was ready on time when we arrived. The party package had a good structure and there was time for a break and pictures. Our instructor was so fun and responded to what we asked for (we're a competitive bunch and like to learn!)

Fantastic experience: The first time I visited the studio was for a hen party and enjoyed it so much I enrolled onto courses with Davey (who is brilliant!) This week I took a new group for my sister's hen do and we had an absolute ball, it was so fun!! Gina was great hosting everyone and leading the session and made everyone feel really welcome. They are such a good team and every second of it is fun. Even when I ache and am covered in bruises! I never thought I’d be able to do half of what I’ve achieved since coming here as a total beginner. But even on my first day Trudi had me doing spins and pole seats!

The courses are good value for money and the drop in sessions are great for practising what you've learnt in class on you’re own.

Fantastic experience: The Instructors Trudi and Nat are great! I have really enjoyed progressing through the Hoop course levels. Nat's hoop classes are well structured and they follow a clear progression and focus of building strength and technique. Their studio also has this beautiful window for photos! The studio is in a good location with plenty of free on the street parking near by during evening classes.

Fantastic experience: Just over 12 weeks ago, I decided to give Aerial fitness a whirl. My whole life I battled with self confidence issues, and when I booked on I never expected to keep up with the class! Pandora's Aerial Fitness Studio not only welcomed me, but gave me a space and place where I feel that I belong and believe I can do anything I put my effort into. The instructors are incredible, and I can't thank them enough for their encouragement and support. In just over 12 weeks, I have gone from knowing absolutely nothing to inverting for the first time. It's so much fun!

Fantastic experience: I was surprised by my friends to celebrate my 50th with pole dancing and using the aerial hoops. When I arrived the room was set up by my freinds and Natalie, our fabulous instructor, to reflect it was my birthday (posters, fizz etc) so it illustrates how flexible they are and accomodating to help enhance your experience. The activities were FABULOUS!! You do not have to be super fit as it's all about having fun but I will say that at the end we could all do a little routine and laughed all the way through! The studio is lovely and is in a great location. This place is great for classes, a fun day out, keeping fit or simply to have a laugh. Plus, your partner will be happy if you show them what you have learned. ;-)

Fantastic experience: Me and my 4 friends experienced this amazing pole dancing class on the weekend as part of my friends Hen Do. It was honestly a great experience. The Pole dance instructor was so warm and friendly in nature and really fun to learn from. The experience was 10/10. We really loved the cupcakes and ballon we received as a treat. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to have a great fun session. The tricks we learnt was super beginner friendly and the instructor was so helpful overall.
