Fantastic experience: Best thing I've ever done. Way out my comfort zone to begin with, but so worth it. Tried many exercise classes, gyms, etc this is the first I've found something I enjoy and look forward too. Such an inclusive and positive environment which is great for mental and physical health

Fantastic experience: Tried out Pole Power Fitness after my home studio had to close after Covid hit and even though my original instructor now has a new studio, I still keep coming back to PPF because I love the studio and Rachel is a great teacher. Not to mention all the amazing workshops and hosting of aerial photographers she puts on. I've made new friends and now feel lucky to say I have TWO home studios If you're on the fence definitely give her classes a try, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Rachel puts the fun back into working out. Fantastic studio where you are made to feel welcome and at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Who knew pole could be so much fun. Highly recommend visiting you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have been wanting to start pole for so long I finally managed to message and started classes with Rachel... to say a was nervous is an understatement ..... but as soon as I messaged and spoke to Rachel she made me feel so at ease ..... I now do classes once or twice a week one to one classes but going to go along to a class with more people in it I love it and look forward to my classes every week Rachel is so professional if your thinking of doing it go for it and smash it :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing pole fitness classes! Instructor Rachel is so encouraging and helps you discover the amazing things you can achieve! I started as a beginner with pretty poor fitness and zero dance/gymnastics background and have loved learning what I'm capable of and it has boosted my fitness and confidence Anyone who has ever contemplated it but been unsure Rachel makes you feel right at home and I cannot reccomend enough!! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Pole Power is a lovely studio! Both to work in and as a student. As a pole dance photographer I recently spent time shooting at pole power and was Rachel so helpful and welcoming :) So much so I signed up for classes!

Fantastic experience: I attend pole fitness every week and it's great fun. Rach always has something different and new to do which makes the class exciting. She is really helpful and explains moves well so that we know how to get into them and out of them safely. It's a structured class that's full of laughs!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing studio, welcoming instructor and the girls are all so nice. Always feel amazing when I leave although I never actually want to leave the best studio I have ever been to, everyone helps and motivates each other every day. There’s such a variety of classes/private lessons to choose from so you can never get bored❤️Xxx
