Fantastic experience: Having an issue with my hip I consulted Kadi at the Geko clinic. She accuratley diagnosed the problem and gave me treatment options and exercises. At a follow on appointment, I chose to have an injection into the effected area. This was fully explained and after an indepth review of suitability was completed. It was a total sucess and I am now pain free and able to re-commence my usual activities. Thank you all at the Gecko Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Gecko for years and seen the lovely Carolyn Parfitt . She is an Osteopath , Physiotherapist and personal trainer in weights , bone building and Pilates . She’s incredibly knowledgable , incredibly well trained and also fun to be around ! I’ve had terrible issues with my neck and she always put me right and gave me exercises to do at home . Then I had issues with my hips and again she helped me understand the issues and did her magic to help me heal straight away . More recently I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis and she’s been helping me with functional weight training just right for me . She is also very knowledgable about this condition . I feel in very safe hands and recomend her to the highest degree - I wouldn’t see anyone else . If you’re needing help with muscle or joint pain she is the one - or bone issues she is also the one ! Fantastic experience: This lot are the complete package. Professional, skilled and trained... with a sense of humor and humanity - that means body and mind. The whole team are genuinely interest in the individual as a complete package. They view their care of you as whole not just the sum of the parts they happen to be helping you work on. Granted its great if you break yourself training .. you can head on over to the clinic to get fixed.. but they actually communicate with one another as a team around their clients which is really reassuring when you want to continue to train or need rehab. I'm very proud to say I'm a client and cannot praise them enough of their help and support on my journey.

Fantastic experience: I have trained at Gecko for 23 years and I love it! I find all the trainers inspirational, they are well educated and leaders in their specialist fields. Combined with this they are great people to be around and give off positive vibes when the going gets tough. Whilst the workouts can be challenging, we always have a giggle and life is never taken seriously. The trainers help you to change your mindset to achieve significant results and if you have an injury or are recovering from an operation, a tailor made programme can be adapted to suit your needs.

Fantastic experience: We've been Gecko clients for years - and never going to look anywhere else. Classes are fantastic with wide range of different activities that can suit any level of fitness - X range, boxing based classes, pilates, GGT just to mention few. Fantastic rehab groups and 1-2-1 physio helped me get back on track after hip surgery and Achilles injury. Highly professional but very friendly members of staff, brilliant PTs, feel good place. There also is a private GP which is fantastic new addition to Gecko services. Couldn't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Working with the team at Gecko Fitness has helped me achieve a half marathon PB in 2022. Knowing the injuries I previously have and working to build a strong body has been rewarding, interesting and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I started trying a course of acupuncture treatment to help with an ongoing sciatica like problem whilst waiting for NHS referral. Having never tried this type of treatment before I wasn't sure what to expect. Ehsan has been brilliant. Very professional explaining everything and using his many skills alongside the acupuncture. I also have access to an exercise programme. I am seeing some improvement in my condition. The whole approach of the multi skilled talented Gecko team is welcoming and professional. The surroundings are great and well equipped. I would highly recommend them.
