Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing silks at GLD for a couple of years now and I honestly love it. The vibe is so friendly and welcoming - it’s a proper little community where everyone cheers everyone on. The instructors are amazing, always encouraging and make the classes really fun. No matter what kind of day I’ve had, I always leave feeling better. If you’re thinking about giving aerial a go, definitely do it here. I would 100% recommend x

Fantastic experience: What can I say?! They are amazing. It has been wonderful watching both my girls grow in confidence since starting. Their fitness levels have also improved so much and I can see how strong they have become through the training. The coaches are so wonderful with the children and they encourage them to do their best in every session. I cannot recommend GLD enough- it is the highlight of their week every week!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending GLD for over a year now and I absolutely love it! The instructors are incredibly talented and patient, and they make learning aerial arts so much fun. I've progressed so much since I first started, and I'm always challenged to try new things. The atmosphere is always welcoming and supportive. Fantastic experience: My daughter has been attending aerial hoop for almost a year, she absolutely loves it, it's the highlight of her week! She has also now joined the trapeze class too and is patiently waiting to be old enough to do silks. We also had her birthday party last year with GLD and they all the best time and enjoyed trying something new. Thanks to all the GLD staff, you are all amazing !

Fantastic experience: Proud to say I have been a pole student member of GLD since it started back in 2013. GLD offers a fabulous array of different classes and workshops, including pole fitness, hoop, silks, trapeze and acro, and it has been wonderful to watch the GLD family grow and expand over the years. The instructors are brilliant - led by the wonderful Dave, they are kind, knowledgeable and create a fun, safe and exciting environment to learn new skills, make new friends and gain confidence to try things you never thought you could! I cannot recommend Dave and GLD enough for anyone who wants to try something different, or wants a fun and exciting way to keep fit and make some amazing friends in the process

Fantastic experience: I started silks with Dave a couple of months ago, the classes are great fun and Dave is super supportive and really helps you understand where you might be going wrong. Really recommend if you're looking to start a new fun hobby!

Fantastic experience: Part of the GLD family now for the past 9 years. Was apprehensive before my pole taster, but everyone made me feel so welcome and I have never looked back. Best thing I have done - keeps me fit and in a fun way! ANYONE can do it! Would recommend if you are looking to join a friendly and supportive community

Dave and her team of instructors are incredible at what they do. So welcoming for beginners, great way to get fit and have fun. I look forward to my class every week!
