The Fitness Factory

Fantastic experience: Training at the Fitness Factory and with Rory has been an absolute joy. Not only is Rory fun and super motivating but he actually gets results!! In just over 6 months I've seen such a huge improvement in my core, upper body strength and my cardio ability. I can't wait to see what else I can achieve, training is the highlight of the week!

Fantastic experience: Went on holiday in Devon and found this little gem of a place. Contacted Rory the owner and asked if he could accommodate a bespoke 3 visit plan which he obliged too. I did 3 spins, 2 with Rory and one with his wife. Thought all 3 were brilliant and different. Lovely place with very friendly owners and welcoming members. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning again if I'm on my holidays down in Devon again. Steve Bailey

Fantastic experience: Fantastic classes with motivational instructors who really know their stuff. The spinning classes are intense and effective for every level of fitness - all have funky music to keep you spinning to the beat. The weights classes are also a great workout and because it's class which is expertly taught by an instructor, I push myself a lot more than I would in a normal gym. Love it and would everyone to try a class.
