Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Luke for a year now, twice a week, and the results have been genuinely impressive. Not only have I seen physical improvements, but my habits overall are much healthier too. One of the biggest changes I’ve noticed is in my coordination. I’ve always struggled with clumsiness, but through consistent training with Luke, that’s improved massively. It’s made a real difference to everyday life. Luke’s approach is supportive, tailored, and motivating. I couldn’t recommend him more highly for anyone looking to make lasting, positive change.

He makes an effort to get to know you, understand what you’re trying to achieve, and helps you to feel comfortable and confident throughout each session. Fantastic experience: After a long time away from proper exercise, I was nervous to get started again but had a number of goals I wanted to hit, and knew I wanted to find a trainer to get me on that path as I didn’t want to do it alone. I spent ages trawling through various trainers, and found the legend that is Luke Kelly, who was the only one who actually picked up the phone and had an honest conversation with me about what he could offer based on my needs. I knew instantly that I wanted to hire him - and I’m so glad I did. He’s taught me how to train effectively, bearing in mind a very busy travel and work constantly getting in the way. Our workouts together are varied and always challenging - when I feel like I can do no more, he (annoyingly!) somehow manages to get that bit more out of me and constantly push those boundaries. He’s changed my perceptions of things I used to hate - now, I weirdly love leg days! I’m already feeling better than I have felt in years. Not only is Luke an exceptionally talented fitness expert, he’s also become a great friend and someone who I know I can always ask for advice, and someone who constantly checks in with me and gives me the hope I need! Don’t delay - give this wonderful lad a call and start off your journey with him - it’s fast becoming the best and most important phone call I’ve ever had in my life. Thank you Luke for everything you’ve done and continue to do for me.

Fantastic experience: Luke has been supportive to my fitness needs during my journey so far. Being 50 and starting strength training and a more intense style of exercise than I was used to, he has adjusted the exercises in the group PT classes I attend at Fit & Food Chiswick, so that I am now seeing progress and gaining more confidence. I am definitely feeling stronger and therefore happier and more able. My mobility is improving too. Thanks Luke.

Fantastic experience: Ever since Luke started coaching a few of the classes at Fit & FoodPT in September of 2023, I've absolutely loved them! He is a fantastic PT, constantly motivating me to work harder and do those extra few reps that are super difficult! Luke explains all the movements and exercises very well, so that we do all of them with great form to prevent injury! I'd highly recommend his expertise and experience to anyone looking for a great personal trainer

Fantastic experience: Luke is a truly expert personal trainer and class instructor whose professionalism and passion are unmatched. I’ve been lucky enough to avail of online PT programming from Luke, plus attend his three weekly classes at Fit & Food Studio in Chiswick. Through the PT programming Luke always centres programming around your goals and I can safely say over the last few months my pull ups and back squats have vastly improved. Classes with Luke are very fun, high energy, varied and what is most notable is that he importance of form for Luke in all that you do. Excited to push on with Hyrox training now with Luke in 2024.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out with Luke for over a year now and highly recommend. I never skip a session as I genuinely enjoy them so much - good variety, good focus and momentum and great challenge to push myself. I’ve worked out with PTs before who either talk too much (and so distract from the work) or too little (and so it’s less enjoyable) but I’ve found the perfect balance with Luke. I feel stronger, fitter and healthier as a result.

Fantastic experience: Luke is an amazing personal trainer. He listens to your needs and goals whilst implementing structure, sharing guidance and an abundance of motivation. Every session is different. Great energy. Adapts to your body and what you need. Great for advice on nutrition, a black and white/steady approach. As well as getting you on track, he is a lovely human. He is warm, funny and generous with his time. I enjoyed our morning chats catching up on the world whilst doing sit ups!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and i are jiu jitsu athletes and while training in London for competition, sessions with Luca have been essential. He has great technical knowledge, adapts to different body types and is equal parts patient and encouraging. He has become an essential part of our training plan in London and we could not recommend more. He is amazing !

Fantastic experience: I can totally recommend Luke as a brilliant personal trainer. He's totally focused in the gym and is always introducing new exercises and routines so that no two sessions are ever the same. I've learnt a lot from him already and he's really good at making sure you do everything with correct form and pushing you further than when you are training on your own. Revival is a great gym too.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has never been overly fond of gyms in the past, I can happily say I look forward to my sessions with Luke. As a bonus, Revival gym is a super friendly place to train.
