Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rob. He actively listened to what I was trying to achieve and built a plan around that. It was a highly personalised programme, which felt great. Rob is a lovely guy. The sessions are fun. But he kept it moving/we are there to work. On top of it all, Rob is a gentle man. Five stars/highly recommended
Fantastic experience: Rob is great at supporting your end goal. Rob provided constant reassurance, honest and fair with his constructive feedback on goals and helped support my end goal. I managed to lose 4kg, adopt better nutritional habits and work on my posture with exercises. The habits have lasted, more so from the 1-1 sessions that he supported with, thanks Rob!
Fantastic experience: Rob is a brilliant trainer. He has a very in depth knowledge of fitness and exercise as well as the science of the body. I've learned so much from him. He is able to make the tiniest of adjustments to your form or to the exercise so that your individual body gets the most out of the exercise. He's been a great support on the physical side of training as well as the emotional. Honestly, I can't recommend him highly enough.
Fantastic experience: I've been working out independently for years before training with Rob, often with mixed results and unable to keep up a regular routine. I've also worked with trainers but to little result. Over a year ago, I decided to make a commitment to strength training, training with Rob regularly. I immediately built a strong connection and now friendship with Rob. I'm now in the best state of physical fitness I've ever been, and also feel great mentally. Rob's incredibly knowledgable, pushes me beyond my comfort zone and adapts my workouts to help fix my muscle imbalances and keeps the routine fresh. He also listens to me whine about my many failed dates regularly without complaining which is a nice bonus.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Rob for a while now and he has really helped me in so many ways. Fantastic experience: I finally decided that I needed help with losing weight and to try to get fit so I started looking for a Personal Trainer. I found the whole process of finding a PT very daunting, one as it was hard to admit I needed help and secondly to find someone that I felt comfortable with. Rob replied to my enquiry straight away and right from the start he put me at ease. He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. His warm personality, commitment and knowledge really help to keep me motivated. My fitness level was zero when I started so Rob adapts and modifies exercises if I am struggling and then slowly builds them up. This gives me confidence in what I am doing and motivates me to want to keep trying. He is so encouraging and makes exercising fun. 12 months later, 28kg lighter I have gone from someone who never had any interest in training to someone who actually looks forward to our training sessions, enjoy what I am doing and want to do more. I do not think I would have achieved this without Rob’s guidance and help. Thank you Rob.
Fantastic experience: What a difference a year can make. I started 2021 feeling terrible on a physical and mental level, with much of that down to a lack of exercise. But the immediate rapport I built with Rob helped me break that cycle and I now look forward to every session. I'm now comfortable using most equipment in the gym and, thanks to Rob's varied training, I can test myself in new ways each week. Rob is always there to chat and help throughout, providing reassurance, making amendments to posture and readily providing advice on things like nutrition so that exercise fits into a wider health programme. Our twice-weekly sessions are always hard work but great fun, and I fully recommend others take up Rob's services!
Fantastic experience: Rob has really helped me in my journey to living a fitter and healthier lifestyle. I came to Rob with the ambition of running a marathon. He’s very structured in his approach. He listened to my preferences, worked on my weaknesses, and gave constant feedback for motivation. He has helped educate me to nourish and strengthen my body through proper nutrition. Rob also has the ability to inspire you to achieve, he’s given me buckets of confidence! My goals were fitness orientated, but through our work together I have grown to love my body in both terms of strength and shape. He is also there for everyone, and having a physical disability, he has shown me that I can still achieve my dreams, despite my limitations. This is a rare quality in PTs and one that I cherish.
