Fantastic experience: I attend a class Alex runs for "more mature people" ie 60 -80 generally! I love that she tailors exercises to our age group, focusing on important things such as balance but pushes us a little more at each session. We leave feeling stronger and fitter but most importantly of all have fun in the process.

Fantastic experience: Alex is a great PT, I’ve been training with her for nearly 6 months and she has really levelled up my fitness and weight loss journey. She is very flexible as a trainer, knowledgable in fitness but also realistic in terms of balance and ability. She helped me overcome my apprehension around squats in just one session! She is enthusiastic which helps keep the energy and motivation high, also setting challenges to complete outside our sessions. Thank you for everything, Alex!

Fantastic experience: I have been training on and off with Alex since Covid times whenever I am back in Folkestone and I could not recommend a better trainer!! We have worked both outside in parks, gardens and also in the Gym and the sessions are always unique and tailored to me and my needs!! I recently had an illness which impacted on my health and she made sure that the sessions were suited to building me back up to strength again so if you are a first timer or someone who has been going for a while she is suitable for everyone as she is incredibly knowledgeable in what she does. Genuinely if you are struggling to find a trainer in the area or not sure who to go with then DO NOT HESITATE! :)

Fantastic experience: I started training with Alex to shed post-lockdown weight and to support getting back intoTriathlon and Marathon training. Since training with Alex, my upper body & ABS started showing nice muscle definishon, my swimming got much stronger without putting hours in the pool and my running bio-mechanics improved giving me stronger performance and injury free trail marathon training. Alex provides a variety of training from heavy weights to light bio-mechanics adapted acrodingly to my racing calendar. I would highly recommend Alex to fellow multi-sport enthusiasts and anyone looking for engaging, knowlegable and fun PT to kick their butt into shape.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Alex for about 6 months now. In that time, I’ve been able to go from being mainly a half-marathon runner who occasionally ran 15 or 16 miles, to completely first a 30km trail race, then a hilly trail marathon and finally a very hilly winter 50km ultramarathon. Without suffering any of the injuries or niggles I’d experienced on previous attempts to increase distances. Alex’s training has played an essential roll in helping me achieve this. Her training sessions have helped me develop strength and agility in all my critical muscle groups, both those vulnerable to injury from overuse in running and those that get neglected. It’s been great to come back to training after each race and be able to tweak the training sessions to address each new challenge. Hugely appreciated and recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Alex now for about 8 months. She is a very knowledgeable trainer, providing information on nutrition as well as physical exercise. She knows just how far she can train you to get the benefits. Adapting lessons each week so you get variety but also targeting particular muscle groups. She is full of enthusiasm and fun to train with. I would heartily recommend her as a trainer.

Fantastic experience: Alex knows her stuff! Almost session I'll try a new exercise and she knows exactly how many reps to do to push me but not go overboard. Very flexible with timing/location. Over the last few months we've done some sessions in the gym when it's open or in the park due to COVID. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Really friendly and will work around your schedule, for example I get my rota trough weekly so she can set up session each week and not so in advance or she can if you can. She’ll go with your pace as well as pushing you to improve and get better. Really enjoyed every session.

Fantastic experience: Alex has helped me lose 2 stone in the past year. I had weekly one on one sessions with her which were always fun and different each week, tailored for me and what I wanted to achieve, She always pushed me to where she knew I could go. Having Alex as a PT meant I worked way harder than I ever would have done on my own. She mixes up the equipment we used which meant I was not only more confident in the gym by myself but I learnt new ways of using the gym. I also went to her spin and LBT classes at tru gym alongside the weekly sessions to keep me motivated. I felt like I had a mountain to climb when I first started with her but she made it possible.
