Fantastic experience: Michael helped me lose weight and build my confidence. He is a great personal trainer . Every time when attending 1:2:1 sessions not only working out but felt like I was doing therapy also . Always left with a big smile on my face and in a good mood. I can not thank Michael enough for all he has done to help me in the last couple of months to lose the weight and get stronger. Highly recommend him to anyone!! Thank you Michael! You are great !!

Fantastic experience: Since joining fit and able fitness I have become much stronger, fitter and work with an amazing PT Michael, who doesn’t just provide workouts but provides excellent information on nutrition, calorie counting, continued advice and support to be more determined and he helps me to understand the importance of exercise as part of life not just fitting it in. The fit camp group are an amazing group of people and we actually enjoy our sessions together and managed to laugh amongst the sweat! Michael has welcome me into the group and we are a fit camp family not just a group. I highly recommend Michael to work with as he knows his stuff but has a genuine caring attitude and will help you get to where you want to be, who also values everyone’s differences and works with that in mind. Definitely 5 star from me

Fantastic experience: I started my fitness journey with Fit & Able Fitness in Oct 2019 and I've never been as fit, strong, healthier and mentally better focused in my life. Michael is so dedicated and knowledgeable in what he teaches individuals and the group not only in fitness training but nutrition, mindset and making sure you achieve your own personal goals. This is a great group of people that support and encourage each other. I never thought that I would enjoy fitness training as much as i do now and I would highly recommend Fit & Able to anyone, no matter what fitness level you are at.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Michael for more than two years now. I didn't have a personal recommendation. I was looking for someone local and ideally someone who had actually experienced trying to get fit themselves and I found Fit and Able Fitness through a Google search. I have worked with other personal trainers before but they are often people who have always been fit. I wanted someone who could empathise with me as I tried to get fit in middle age but would also make sure I actually did it. I feel very fortunate to have found Michael. Michael will build you a personal bespoke programme based on your objectives and ability. Be under no illusions, Michael believes we have more ability than we believe we have ourselves. He will push you to achieve your best. He is understanding if you have an injury or a really busy time in life but he will drop you if he thinks you're taking it too easy because he genuinely wants you to achieve the best you can. He will expect you to do any workouts he sets for you to do at home or you can attend his group fitness sessions. I have never attended these myself but if you are looking to mix a social aspect with getting fit, I hear they are good. For me, the best sessions are 1:1 in his fitness studio. This private gym has more equipment than I knew existed. All modern and kept really well. Under Michael's supervision you will push yourself harder than you believe you can. In the two years I have been working with Michael, I have lost 2 stone (out of 14) but more importantly I have gained flexibility and strength at a time in my life when my body is naturally losing these things. In my first session, I could not manage a squat without falling into a chair. Within a year I was doing squats with a barbell and I have managed 70KG weighted squats. I couldn't do even one push up and while I won't claim to like them, I can do lots of them today and bench press over 40KG. These are just some of the things I never would have believed I could do myself but Michael has believed in me enough to get me there. If you are looking for a personal trainer who will hold you to working out because you really do want to get fit, lose weight or whatever goal you have, Michael can help you. If you are looking for a personal trainer who understands what it's like to be trying to get fit and can help you to achieve more than you would believe, Michael can help you. If you're looking for a personal trainer who will check in with you regularly throughout the week to help you stay on course but without being judgy, Michael can help you. It takes commitment from you and it is not about fast results but consistent improvement and support through setbacks as long as you are always trying to improve as much as you can. I couldn't recommend Michael enough because he has helped me to feel better about myself and to believe in myself and that kind of thing is priceless. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, Michael is one of the most passionate Personal Trainers I have ever met. He helped me loose weight. Gave me encouragement and more importantly he never gives up on you. His fi/boot camps are fun, such a lovely group who encourage and praise you when you do well. I would highly recommend Michael and Paula his wife. They work so hard to help each member from dietary foods to exercise. They certainly are a dream team. You will not find better, I highly recommend Michael 10/10 always!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Micheal/Fit & Able Fitness highly enough. He has helped, encouraged and got me to a weight and fitness goal that I never thought would be possible. Without his help and knowledge i would not be in the position I am now and could never of achieved this. I have been to a few PT's, gym settings and boot camps but they never lasted they just did not fit, but our group are amazing and I've never looked back since joining. Give Michael a try, you will not regret it!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Through Michael’s hard work and the whole fit and able team I have both lost weight, kept it off longer than I ever have previously, am physically more able and comfortable and most importantly my relationship with food and exercise has completely transformed. Fantastic experience: Michael has so much knowledge when it comes to staying fit , loosing weight and helping people achieve their goals. He also is able to give good advice on meal plans to run along the side of your exercise routine. Aswell as providing 121 sessions he also has friendly groups you can join.
