Fantastic experience: CJ Fitness is a friendly and supportive community nice location area gym that encourages each other to push them selves and reach their goals. Informative and helpful trainers. Dan and Lewis both excellent trainers who are always positive and motivated in each session. The exercises are different in each class from upper body to core and legs gets the whole body moving. Easy to book on sessions to fit around my own schedule lots of variety from Morning classes to evening classes e.g box fit, hyrox ,muscle fit ,Zumba and boatcamp lots of high energy happy vibes and laughs and smiles. My experience at cj fitness In Desford I joined the 6 week program from seeing the Facebook pop up advert . I received a call from Andera from admin had a lovely and nice friendly chat regarding why I wanted to join and my goals and how to achieve them lots of knowledge from Andrea positive vibes and I was excited to start my journey. My first session with dan was the check in with measuring all areas and the weigh in I did the boxfit class after lots of sweating. the journey has started 2/3 classes a week weighing all the food eating lots of protein fruit and vegetables/salad and your new best friend 0% Greek fat free yogurt. I was supplied a diet plan and recipe book lots of knowledge and attention to detail from chloe. cj fitness has all the equipment you need for each class provided, bring a bottle of water a towel that’s all you need nice atmosphere in the gym lewis gave me a home training plan to do at home to help me achieve my goal . I enjoyed doing the reps and exercises on the plan. I have been doing additional running and walking to get the extra steps and getting cardio in. I have enjoyed all the classes and felt like I had achieved something from the classes In just the 6 weeks I have noticed a big change in my body shape, stamina and strength and I feel much happier, confident and had the boost I needed to get back into fitness If you want to do something, but not sure what, I recommend you start here. You will find your confidence again with Chloe and her team. Fantastic experience: Love coming to CJ Fitness and Chloe is just brilliant! The most welcoming environment where there is zero judgement, whatever stage of your fitness journey. The classes are always varied and fun with Chloe on hand to support, making adjustments if necessary for any niggles or injuries. I love the small groups and everyone is so friendly, can't recommend CJ fitness enough!
Fantastic experience: I am loving CJ Fitness in Desford. Chloe, Dan and the other trainers are friendly, encouraging but also help you reach your potential. I was doubtful after 20+ years away from a gym environment but it's been amazing. They have many varied classes and times, so I am able to fit it in easily around work, grandkids and my social life. From Box Fit to Boot Camps, in just 6 weeks I have noticed a change in my body shape, stamina and strength and I feel much happier. If you want to do something, but not sure what, I recommend you start here. You will find your confidence again with Chloe and her team.

Fantastic experience: CJ Fitness is a welcoming, inclusive space and perfect for anyone needing an alternative workout environment to a big, busy gym. Chloe is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. She offers a great selection of group workouts that can be adapted to all abilities. I have always received 5* service from Chloe and cannot recommend CJ Fitness enough!
Fantastic experience: Have been attending CJ Fitness for several months now and I really enjoy it. You can opt for PT or one of the many fantastic classes, Chloe has it covered! It is also very friendly which is an added bonus for anyone apprehensive about starting their fitness journey

Fantastic experience: I joined CJ fitness on a 6week programme in February. As a busy mum of 3, I’ve never really stuck with anything before, always bitting and bobbing around but Chloe has created such a fab plan that’s easy to integrate into a busy life. I completed the 6week programme loosing an overall total of 13” which I was amazed with. More importantly I completed with new habits and have continued my membership going 3x a week. Chloe herself, is great! She’s created such a fab gym environment! It’s not daunting or pretencious at all, it’s so welcoming and she gives focus and attention to each person in every class. Always monitoring and pushing us to achieve more. Really can’t recommend Chloe and CJ fitness enough!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming gym, by both Chloe and the members. Great sessions which put you through your paces, whilst being fun at the same time. Fantastic experience: Chloe is honestly the best PT I’ve had, she’s brought up my confidence massively and I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else again. I would recommend anyone who wants to work on their general health and mindset towards working out to come to the studio. She only sets realistic goals and makes sure I’m comfortable but also pushes me to work to my full ability. I’ve been with her for 2 months now and I’ve noticed so many changes but most importantly with my self confidence ❤️

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Chloe at CJ Fitness! Since I've started my sessions, I've gotten stronger, fitter and have pushed my self far more than I could have completing home workouts or going to the gym. Since completing my 6 week challenge, I've decided to join on a years membership with Chloe and I can't wait to see my progress throughout the year. Chloe is a great trainer and each of her classes are different, challenging and allow you to walk away feeling like you've definitely made progress in your fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased I had decided to join CJ Fitness as part of the 6 week body transformation programme in November 2023. I had been looking for something to kick start me back into my fitness journey and after my initial consultation with Chloe I was instantly put at ease, reassured and knew I had made the right decision. The training sessions are hard but build up to suit your ability and increasing fitness levels and the other clients are all lovely and supportive. I really like the smaller group sizes and find them in no way intimidating as I begin to regain my fitness and rebuild my confidence. Chloe is great at supporting you whilst pushing you to test yourself and won’t let you give up! The 6 week programme has finished and I have stayed on as a member as I feel I have now found a trainer and a training environment I feel really comfortable in and am determined to keep improving. I am starting to see the results of the training and guidance Chloe has given and I feel so much more confident than I have done in years. I definitely recommend CJ Fitness to anyone who wants to make a positive change to their health and fitness but is nervous about joining a gym and taking that first step.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending weekly classes since august 2023, and i love them! Despite it being group sessions Chloes focus is on each person making sure they push through with correct form and helpful tips to make sure its a good and effective workout, so you never feel like you’re not being supported because trust me Chloe IS watching and will push you harder when you’re about to give up! I cannot recommend Chloe enough, both physically and mentally I feel GOOD. I personally can’t stay consistent with going to a gym due to various reasons such as anxiety & lack of motivation, i always give up after a month. But attending the body tone and circuits weekly classes is perfect for me, I’m surrounded with likeminded people PLUS Chloes expertise which is the perfect combo for me, and no wonder I’ve been consistent with my fitness routine. And ofcourse the finishers at the end of each class are a KILLER but so fun at the same time. In short, i love Chloes sessions and would recommend it to anyone regardless of their fitness levels. Chloe is amazing. End of.

Fantastic experience: Chloe is a great instructor. Her classes are enjoyable, varied, and you really feel like you’ve worked hard as she really pushes you so you can get the best results. She also has a great range of classes so I found it really enjoyable being able to pick the different types of workouts I fancied that week. I found her classes great value for money and very affordable. I would highly reccomend CJ Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Chloe’s programmes are absolutely fantastic! As a peri menopausal woman in my 40’s, I wanted to fall in love with exercising and moving my body again and have definitely found that by doing Chloe’s sessions I have achieved that. The classes are up tempo and challenging but Chloe can tailor them for you, if you let her know of any niggles. Would highly recommend to go and try and out and sign up to Chloe’s programmes.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently completed the 6 week start program with Chloe at CJ fitness and I could not fault it! Chloe is a fantastic trainer who knows her stuff with fab workout routines and great nutritional advice! During the 6 week program I’ve accomplished things I never would thought I could again after having my son, but with Chloe’s support and encouragement, I managed to lose 7.8” in total! I’m continuing with the membership and my progression and love meeting new friendly people in the lovely Desford studio. Cannot recommend Chloe enough!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Chloe after starting training with her earlier this year in Desford. Lovely little gym, super clean. Fantastic experience: I ended up leaving my old fitness studio because I moved too far away from it. Home workouts just weren't providing the results I was looking for. I'd had Chloe as a trainer in the past, and she was always thorough and diligent. She was a real taskmaster that understood your limits and pushed you to them. Since CJ Fitness was much closer and faster to get to that my old studio, I gave it a shot. I am happy to say she's brought her full skill set here with her. Pick some classes, stick with them and the results will more than speak for themselves in time.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Chloe since she set up in desford. I have enjoyed every minute, Chloe makes you feel confident and comfortable. She explains each work out, she pushes you to do your best and I love and enjoy every sessions with her. The gym is very clean and private a great space if your a very anxious person and don’t like a lot of people in a busy gym. I also started a 1-2-1 class with her as she also offers this option and it’s great! Highly recommend cj fitness

Fantastic experience: Would recommend CJ Fitness to people at all different stages in their fitness journey! Chloe is extremely talented at tailoring workouts to the needs of her clients, making relevant adjustments for those with injuries etc. If you want to feel a good pump after a workout then CJ Fitness is the one! Chloe is super friendly, really approachable and is always there to help and advise to help you achieve the best from every workout! Chloe will ensure your form is correct and offer low impact alternatives if this is required! Chloe offers not only 1:1 sessions but also classes which are super fun because you can bring your friends along and you can challenge each other so you almost don’t realise you’re working out - until you start to feel the burn that is. But whatever doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t change you! 5* review, honestly could not recommend CJ Fitness enough!
