Fantastic experience: Started training with Luke and few months back, great PT, gets involved with you in your sessions properly and makes you his sole focus. Something I felt has lacked in some of my previous PTs, more importantly I don't feel under pressure outside the gym, I'm actually enjoying my training again and my life, he has helped sort out my form which has massively improved my performance. If your looking for a kick up the backside or just want a change this is your guy .

Fantastic experience: I’d been running and cycling regularly as a hobby for three years when I began experiencing knee pain and Luke was recommended to me. I had no idea of the cause and after a month of pain I didn’t know whether to rest, persist or give up. I turned up to the first assessment not entirely convinced but from the off, Luke listened, observed and provided what seemed like reasonable advice (he explained the issue and provided his opinion on how I could manage and improve the pain I was experiencing). There was no pressured sales pitch and no promises of a miracle cure with any fancy equipment etc. I agreed to follow a tailored plan for a month and return for a review. I wasn’t fixed in the month but there was light so we reviewed the plan and I returned again a month later. Fast forward two years… I feel so much stronger, I’m far more aware of what I’m physically feeling, I’m pain and injury free and able to enjoy my running and cycling! I continue to see Luke monthly for strength sessions (which we both know I hate!), but I know they’re essential to keep the pain away. Luke always varies the sessions and has an incredible skill of knowing my threshold - I achieve way more than if I was going it alone but I’ve never felt in danger of being pushed too far or causing further injury. I’ve also picked up loads of tips and advice on how to do purposeful strength work at home without the need for any expensive equipment! Being a ‘monthly’ customer (who only runs and cycles for a hobby!), must be a pain in the backside for scheduling, but Luke always fits me in and I sense he genuinely cares about his clients health and well-being. What really helps is he also really knows his stuff!

Fantastic experience: Great facility with knowledgable trainers. Had PT sessions with Luke recently and additional strength training with one of his other clients and really enjoyed both. Informative coach, good at spotting where corrections are required and flexible in his approach depending on client needs. Fun sessions and just the right level of increasing challenge to see improvements. Can recommend Movement and the good quality equipment and training.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for just less than a month and I couldn't be more happier with my experience. Unlike a conventional gym setup, this place offers a unique and refreshing approach to fitness. The classes are fantastic, with knowledgeable trainers who make every session enjoyable and effective. Fantastic experience: If you had asked me five years ago if I would recommend any kind of fitness/PT I would have laughed at you, and laughed even louder if you’d mentioned a group class. Yet here I am. Training at movement is an excellent way to get fit, and to keep fit. All the trainers are great and really welcoming and friendly, as are the other people who train. The small group set up means that you are more able to get individualised support from a PT. They are also able get to know you really well which helps a lot. The classes suit everyone, no matter what stage you’re at on your journey, and the trainers make everything accessible to everyone (even people like me with two left feet and zero co-ordination). I could not recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I’m at the start of a long journey and have been training with Luke for 3 months now following the birth of my 2nd child. Luke’s knowledge and encouragement focusing on my own personal requirements has been fantastic, he has tailored my training to improve areas of weakness while keeping it fun and interesting. The gym facilities are brilliant, everything you need and more for the 1:1 coaching experience. A real genuine nice guy helping people like me regain my fitness. Fantastic experience: Rich, Luke and Adam are amazing trainers and I've really enjoyed the classes I've done with them. They are great at getting the best out of you, but in a supportive environment. Definitely no egos here - just a great bunch of people, we always have a laugh when we train, with a fab selection of equipment that help improve your strength and cardio! Definitely recommend their group PT sessions, great if you're just starting out, new to the gym environment (they show you through each exercise and how to use the equipment correctly), or have been training for years and just want a beasting ☺️

Fantastic experience: Having never done any gym work found this one close to work and have nothing but praise for Luke as a PT. Fantastic experience: I have trained with Luke for many years now. Initially, starting with exercises to improve my knees and assist with weight loss. Now I see him twice a week to do strength training. I have had other personal trainers before but stuck with Luke as he’s not a cold-hearted drill sergeant. You can easily chat with him, even have a laugh, while working out and give feedback on how your body is reacting to the different exercises. Luke has never pushed me over my limit into an injury and has always kept changing the exercises, so you never get bored of just doing the same thing.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with pulling my back on a regular basis since May and after two massage sessions I have not had any trouble since !! Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Luke for over 2years, and I’ve never had a boring session!! He always mixes it up and pushes me just the right amount when I need it most to dig deep. Fantastic experience: Luke is the best trainer I have ever had, including when I played high level rugby. I have far surpassed previous strength goals and continue to look forward to future achievements. Luke is also great at rehab and knows how to fix me whenever I have inevitably injured myself doing something daft.
