Fantastic experience: Ive now lost over 15kg! Before working with Kamen I never thought this would be possible. I was stuck in a cycle of over restrictive diets, resulting in binges & overeating, feeling guilty and then repeating. However Kamens coaching is not restrictive at all and Ive achieved a huge fat loss transformation whilst still enjoying my favourite meals and foods. I now understand nutrition and how to stay full and satiated for longer as well as how to socialise with my friends without it ruining my progress. Kamen gave me so many recipes and food ideas to make dieting easy and an enjoyable workout routine that for once doesn't feel like a chore! I feel SO MUCH more confident in my clothes, I no longer need my inhaler, and I would 100% recommend Kamen to anyone who is struggling with weight loss and wants to know exactly what to do to see amazing results, without sacrificing your life
Fantastic experience: After a lifetime of frustration with my weight, and feeling confused about food and calories, Kamen allowed me to hit the ground running and lose weight much quicker than expected! He helped me get clear on the real reasons why I wanted to lose weight, and then built a tailored programme around this that suits my lifestyle and preferences meaning that a lot of the time it didn't feel like I was on a diet. He is very relatable, considerate and patient, and I now have more belief than ever after building a positive routine that works for me. I'd recommend Kamen to anyone looking for realistic guidance on weight loss and fat loss, without having to give up all the things you love to get there.
Fantastic experience: Excellent trainer! Before meeting Kamen I didnt have a clue how to achieve my goals and was nervous that a PT would push me too hard, however Kamen listened to what I wanted and provided me with exactly what I needed. He is super patient, very knowledgeable and has allowed me to realise what I am truly capable of! No pressure or radical changes to my life, just a flexible approach that works for me & works around my work to grow stronger, more confident and get amazing results. Im so much healthier & happier, and can now go to the gym by myself without feeling self-conscious. I know exactly what im doing! Fantastic experience: Kamen has helped me to avoid regular bingeing & feeling guilty for eating, and overall hugely improved my relationship with food. Fantastic experience: I feel so much better about myself! Kamens coaching is exactly what I needed to overcome my struggles with time, motivation & confidence to finally see results. Its allowed me to create a routine around my busy work schedule, take positive action and I now feel stronger, with more energy, and so much more confident. The guidance has allowed me to learn how to get the best out of the limited time I have in the gym and get the most out of each exercise & workout. Learning exactly how to use equipment, exactly how my nutrition should look, and exactly what I need to do to achieve my goals. Fantastic experience: Would happily recommend Kamen to anyone looking to boost their confidence and knowledge in the gym. Kamen walked me through & educated me on each area, step by step, in detail whilst also keeping things fun, to make sure that I know exactly what to do in order to progress & achieve my goals, and how to fit this into my lifestyle around my busy work schedule. Fantastic experience: I have always struggled with having the time & energy for the gym and so have never been able to make any lasting progress, however working with Kamen, he was able to educate me & break things down simply to an achievable amount that’s allowed me to achieve fantastic results, despite being super busy with work and the kids! Fantastic experience: Before working with Kamen, I was very apprehensive and insecure about going to the gym, as I felt quite self conscious and had no clue what to do to reach my goals! Kamen completely changed my outlook & mindset! He has turned this around for me to the point where now, I am completely confident and comfortable in going to the gym on my own, anytime, and I now love my training and my new body! He’s taught me exactly what to do, how to do it & why, as well as a tremendous amount of education on the nutrition side of things to lose fat & gain muscle at the same time, all without having to give up my favourite foods or eating out! Fantastic experience: Kamen is a great a PT who posses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to exercise, and diet. Kamen has given me the confidence to walk into the weights area of any gym. Before this, I was a bit of cardio junkie thinking I’d get my dream body by doing a load of HIIT. Kamen has shown me how to utilise strength, and cardio training along with the correct nutrition to achieve my goals So a massive thank you to Kamen, and if you’re in two minds about signing up with Kamen; JUST DO IT! I promise you it’ll be money well spent. And the knowledge you gain will stay with you forever.
Fantastic experience: Been working with Kamen for over 6 weeks now and decided to keep on going because it’s been such a positive lifestyle change. I have learnt SO much, not only about how to do certain exercises but how living a healthier lifestyle can help me mentally too. Tracking, goal setting, and the science behind weight loss... all skills that I will be able to practice forever. Fantastic experience: Since having my personal online coach,Kamen Sanderson, I have lost over a stone in weight (a dress size) I feel more confident, energetic , sleeping better, and I've still been able to have drinks and foods I love at weekends. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been someone who shied away from the idea of working with a PT however from our first conversation I knew I had to give it a go. I found you to be positive and supportive, especially when it came to my previous back injury and some of the restrictions I have with exercise. That said, you always encouraged and pushed me to carefully stretch my limits with exercise. I found our sessions to be excellent value, a great workout, especially after a long busy day, but they were also fun and we could talk to you easily about how we were feeling and what we wanted to achieve. You also took the time to talk and educate on nutrition and the right way to approach working towards goals. When I turned up for a PT session after a rubbish day I knew straight away I’d get more out of it than if I’d just done a standard gym session on my own. You really understood what I wanted as an individual and tailored our sessions to keep them interesting and varied and always gave feedback on progression. The biggest things I took away from our sessions were how to best use different food types and not be nervous of trying new things with exercise. I’d have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who’s looking for an encouraging, enthusiastic and supportive PT.
Fantastic experience: Love this guy!! So motivated and doesn't expect instant unachievable results...made me realise how best to understand excersise and food to get the best results. Always there when I needed to ask anything or check in between sessions. Great guy great service
