Fantastic experience: Perfect for my husband and I to do joint sessions. The team take time to understand what you are trying to achieve and the programmes and sessions are specially tailored. We have used the team for a few years now across all of our family with a range of ages and aims and couldn’t recommend them more highly ! Our kids used them for 1:1 sessions to build muscle for rugby and the results achieved due to the teams expertise and targeting were amazing.

Fantastic experience: I've been to the gym about 4 times in my life and generally got into a sweat before I even entered. Now, fast forward a few years and I'm half way through a 3 month 1-1 body transformation program at Sound Fitness and already seeing and feeling the results. The trainers here are all excellent. They quickly find your limits (and break them), adjust the program to your requirements and vary the training so it always feels different. For the first time in my life I'm beginning to feel fit...at 54. I'd highly recommend you start with them.

Fantastic experience: The SoundFitness team are fantastic. I'd never lifted before, but with their guidance and encouragement over the past six months I've seen gains in both my strength and confidence. They put together a tailored plan that has helped me rehabilitate a pre-existing shoulder injury, and have inspired me to work hard, and give 100% commitment, in every session. The studio is well equipped, the training plans and sessions varied, and all the trainers are absolutely first-rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to train in a supportive and welcoming space.

Fantastic experience: The small group sessions are a great idea! You still get a lot of support and supervision from the trainers, and working out with other people is good fun and helps motivate you to keep going.The atmosphere is always positive, even at 7:15 a.m, and the equipment and set-up is really good.
