Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Katie enough, I have been part of classes and 1:1s and in both of these settings she has made me feel welcome and encouraged me to achieve what she knows I can. I hadn't exercised for a very long time and had three young children when I started seeing Katie but she helped get me back on my feet and enjoying exercise again.
Fantastic experience: My health and fitness was at an all time low, after having three children and losing any motivation to keep active, I felt I needed a personal trainer to begin me on my health and fitness journey. After 12 sessions with Katie, I had more energy and the confidence to join my local couch to 5k. I’m now able to run 5k and it’s really making me feel good! I also went for a full nutrition plan and working with Katie on what I eat, has been an education. I highly recommend her!
Fantastic experience: I went with Katie to help me get started after I'd had a baby. It was great to get moving again and she made sure it was at my pace. I appreciated how friendly Katie was and it was nice to have a chat and a giggle while we trained.

Fantastic experience: Being trained by Katie makes you feel like you're in very good hands! Whilst making the training fun and challenging, Katie is always watching your form and keeping you safe, this is very important to me, and I was surprised to find out that my form was incorrect for a lot of moves I'd been doing for years. The fact that Katie is so passionate about nutrition is also a big plus for me. I'm not a fan of calorie counting and Katie advocates a balanced diet with lots of whole foods which totally aligns my lifestyle too. I highly recommend Katie's services, and she's also a lovely person to be around.
Fantastic experience: Katie is a fantastic trainer. She is very knowledgeable and a great communicator / teacher. Her classes and programs are challenging and exhausting but always genuinely fun. Every time I leave, I am filled with a renewed sense of confidence and eagerness to return - I am seeing great results too!
Fantastic experience: I’m so pleased I started training with Katie - after just 5 sessions I am already feeling the benefits. As well as designing a training programme that is right for me, she stresses the importance of nutrition to see results. Doing a food diary really helped me see where I could improve. And the fact we can train in my garden makes it really convenient (and safe during these uncertain COVID times).
Fantastic experience: Katie is a great personal trainer, she is understanding, knowledgable and flexible with timings and locations for training. I am able to do all of my sessions outside in the fresh air, which I love. She is friendly and personable and my sessions are fun and challenging. I would definitely recommend.
Fantastic experience: Having just completed a 12 week program I quickly snapped up another 12. Katie is a great personal trainer, the 1:1 sessions are fun as well as challenging and each week is fresh or stepped up a gear to your ability. Loving the results so far and the realistic goals set.
Fantastic experience: I really enjoy my PT sessions with Katie, she works around my busy schedule, so I have NO excuses :) She is always organised and prepared with a new programme for me whilst being sensitive to my knee injury. She offers a very practical and realistic approach to her training sessions and on- going support to help me realise my goals.
