Fantastic experience: I do Aikido here on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7.30 - 9.00. The teacher is very experienced and the atmosphere among the students is great. A good, small club that belongs to the Ki Federation of Great Britain.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dojo. The instructor Adam is massively knowledgable. There is a great balance of standing strikes, defensive blocks and throws and also some grappling and wrestling. This makes it a bit more dynamic than just rolling. I practice self defense and this is so useful to learn clench work, disarms, control, takedowns etc. Class is long too with great conditioning workout at the start. If you’re a practitioner of fitness, martial arts and self defense, I highly recommend!
