Fantastic experience: I haven’t used Paul as a personal trainer. He did however lead a trek along the Ridgeway that I took part in. His organisation was meticulous. He’s extremely personable, and supportive. I would have no problem recommending him.

Fantastic experience: Paul and his team led the 5 day Ridgeway trek fundraiser and were incredible. It was a huge challenge for me, never having done anything like it before but I was supported, encouraged and entertained all the way. I felt really well looked after, from practical advice to emotional support, and it meant I could push past tiredness and discomfort (there were so many blisters!) And achieve something I honestly didn't know I could. Would definitely want the same people around me for my next challenge.
Fantastic experience: Along with a group of people I recently completed the ridgeway walk - 87 miles in 5 days. Paul was our guide and he was great at motivating us when we needed it. He encouraged us to be a team and he had a lot of knowledge about the route which gave us confidence in him. He was also an expert on first aid with blisters! He had thought of everything and had extra gear in case anyone needed to use it. It was a fantastic experience and Paul was a great guide.
Fantastic experience: I recently completed a challenge of walking 87 miles over 5 days for The Hospice of St Francis which was brilliantly organised and led by Paul. Throughout Paul gave us advice and encouragement and even took time each morning to first aid my blistered feet!! Would definitely do another challenge like this with Paul again!

Fantastic experience: Paul has a knack for knowing when to push, and when to pull back which may seem like an obvious skill for a PT, but it is not, in my experience always present. Paul came to our home , sometimes training indoors, but as often as possible, outside. I know he values the importance of being outdoors, another sign of his holistic approach. I would highly recommend Paul as a 1:1 PT. I can imagine he is great too as a group PT leader.

Fantastic experience: Boxing fitness classes with Paul are an absolute highlight in my week. I love training outside, sessions are fun and Paul is supportive and encouraging. Fantastic experience: Paul is a fantastic PT. He is a genuinely lovely person to know in the community and has a wealth of knowledge on health and fitness. I can not recommend him highly enough!
Fantastic experience: I came to Paul after a period of medical issues, and he designed a session which helps me rediscover what I am capable of. Pauls sessions balance the work I do in the gym, and I like that Paul trains outdoors and uses the natural resources to complement his other training aids. Paul knows how hard to push to motivate me, and my confidence and fitness continue to grow week on week.
Fantastic experience: Doing 1:1 sessions with Paul allows for a circuit tailored to my target areas and fitness levels without feeling intimidated by the gym bunnies. Rather than go from the home office to an indoor gym environment, I love the benefits of also gaining valuable time in the fresh air and great outdoors. Paul mixes the sessions up so I never get bored, and is very gracious when I get over zealous with the boxing gloves. Paul shows interest in me as a person, and I always walk away with a podcast or Netflix recommendation

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained with Paul for several years now, starting with his bootcamp sessions and now also with 1:1 sessions. What he does works: he’s really interested in helping you improve. I’ve met some great people as well during the bootcamp and other group sessions I’ve done. Would highly recommend Paul (but, shhh, don’t let him him know I said that!!)

Fantastic experience: Joining Paul Steven’s Boxing class was one of the best choices I made this year. I cannot recommend the class more highly. In an hour of training you can expect conditioning and combos with your paired partner and experience being inside the ring, and all in good company. If you want to increase your fitness levels or box for fun then Paul’s Boxing class is an excellent choice.

Fantastic experience: If you want a variety of sessions, trying new exercises in different settings and making exercise fun then Paul is your man! My family and I have known Paul for a number of years and we’ve all said he’s the best. He tailors each session to his clients and switches things up. His regular group sessions like Boxercise and Boot camp are well worth going to! He adds a real personal touch and feels like he gets to know his clients on a friendly level too which is great! He really looks after you, gives you tips and always finishes each session with a cool down which is much needed! He’s also very knowledgeable on nutrition and generally looking after yourself which is really good and helpful to know. He caters for all ages, regardless of ability or if you’re just getting going with fitness, book some sessions in with Paul, you won’t look back! And on a personal note: As a sufferer of mental health Paul has really helped me during some tough periods in my life which I owe him a lot for. Thanks again Paul, you’re the best! Ed

Fantastic experience: Paul is great. I was nervous to restart vigorous exercise but he immediately helped me regain my confidence and now I enjoy working out again. He tailors the sessions to suit what I enjoy as well as working the full body and I always achieve more than I think I can. Paul is a really nice guy who puts you at ease and this isn’t a drill sergeant workout!

Fantastic experience: I came across Paul's boxing class when I had just recently moved to the area not knowing anyone and so I decided it would be good for me to try a new class, I am so glad that I did. I felt so welcomed by Paul and the whole group, the atmosphere was great, he pushed my limits. Fantastic experience: My friend introduced me to Paul’s boxing classes in October, I went for my first class at the end of that month and I had such a good time! It pushed my limits and really made me sweat! I had fun, I learned new things and felt really energised. Paul and the rest of the class welcomed me and helped me along the way. Fantastic experience: I joined Paul’s trail running group a year ago and really enjoy it. He’s introduced us to new local routes, and also advised on diet and running posture, and is always gently pushing, yet encouraging us!

No 2 sessions are ever the same which keeps things really interesting and motivation high. Paul also offers guidance on nutrition and mental well-being to offer a truly balanced training experience. Fantastic experience: I've known Paul a long time, an amazing guy that has given alot of his time and energy over the years to raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity (the 'Mudpack Challenge' a particular success!). His ethos and passion for fitness is an inspiration. He's helped me prepare for half marathons and a rather challenging 20 mile obsticle course!.. has also given advice on nutrition, and even helped me find the right trainers for my specific needs. I often attend his Wednesday night boxing based fitness class which is a fantastic stress buster! ....I would highly recommend Paul to anyone that wants a change from the standard gym sessions (or needs to get off the sofa and get fit !!), a pleasure to be around, and a good listener .. only personal trainer I would ever use!..

His sports specific training has helped me to develop and maintain my fitness and skills for netball. I am the lightest and fittest I have ever been!

Fantastic experience: I attended his boxing classes every week come rain or shine they never failed to push me physically and put a smile on my face with a friendly and welcoming group (and leader). It was great as a female to be in a mixed gender group and not feel intimidated. Something to look forward to every week plus a great mid-week stress relief!
