Fantastic experience: Best decision I made for myself was to join! Great classes which make exercise fun and enjoyable. Instructors are human and encourage you and the other women there are so friendly and welcoming- thank you!

Fantastic experience: Perfect fitness classes for all levels of fitness, all shapes and sizes, all regular supportive ladies. Fun classes, with great instructors. The hardest part is going through the door, once you do that you'll realise everyone is lovely and they help each other.
