Fantastic experience: Louise is such a sensational teacher! She has helped me so much to achieve things I never thought I would do! I couldn’t recommend her more highly for lessons, events and photoshoots, and her warmth and passion for all that she does is inspirational!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taught at several different Pole studios and by many different instructors, Louise and Pole Fit Angels is the by far the best studio I’ve ever been to. I have progressed quickly but not prematurely and always feel supported by Louise, through both encouragement and physically spotting me. However, the best thing about Pole Fit Angels is the friendly, caring and happy atmosphere Louise and the rest of the instructors and members make. I always leave feeling upbeat, no matter what sort of day I’d had before arriving.

Fantastic experience: The most amazing and supportive pole studio! There are so many great options for different aerial fitness and dance classes, there’s really something for everyone! I have been going to Louise for pole for years and absolutely love it! I couldn’t wish for a more knowledgable and talented instructor. I’ve also been going to HIIT classes with Daphne and have seen a huge improvement in my overall fitness. As well as the fitness classes I have also been going to Daphnes burlesque courses, which have built my confidence and self love massively!

Fantastic experience: I went to Pole Fit Angels for the first time last night and I immediately felt right at home, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The instructor Lou was amazing and fun and went out of her way to welcome me. The class was fast paced and gave me lots to work on and I'm definitely going to book on again for next week. Loved it!

Fantastic experience: The most awesome place to get fit and try new things. Louise is absolutely fantastic and knows her stuff. Couldn't be made to feel more welcome if you tried, such a lovely atmosphere and everyone is so supportive.

Fantastic experience: I've never found keeping fit such fun. Louise is a wonderful teacher and welcomes you into the Polefit family. We participate in some great days out including the Uckfield Featival and Carnival Night as well as a Charity Ball which we dress up in our finery and dance the night away all in aid of a local charity. This year it is Uckfield League of Friends again. There are lots of different classes and academies to get you started in pole fitness. It's given me lots more confidence, made me fitter and best of all it's been fun. It works for male or female, any age and any size you can't say that about most forms of fitness. Would encourage anyone to give it a try
