Fantastic experience: Great boot camp class! Marcus was always very professional and always gave great tips for his workouts. Very covid friendly and beautiful location in Kelvingrove too !

Fantastic experience: 1 of the best bootcamps iv done hard but so gd feel amazing every time I can c a big change in my body so worth the moneydefo recommend it

Fantastic experience: I started bootcamp in March because of the restrictions with the gyms, and i am so happy i did. This was my first proper exercise after having my baby and its the best I've felt. My intentions were to return to the gym once everything opened back up however i feel i benefit so much more from bootcamp i have cancelled my gym membership so i can continue with bootcamp permanently. Its so flexible too which i love

Fantastic experience: I have been attending kickstart bootcamp classes for almost a year now. This is the longest I have stuck with any training sessions . I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about bootcamp to join. Personally I couldn't stand the thought of going to a gym I got bored of the same old equipment,zero motivation to get up and go. Attending bootcamp sessions really motivated me and has benefited me mentally and physically.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy kickstart bootcamp. Marcus and Andrea are both excellent. Know when to give you a extra push. I feel so much happier after my bootcamp session.

Fantastic experience: Pretty good way to start a Saturday morning in a company of friendly and positive people that will motivate you to drag yourself out of the bed and do something good for yourself if you didn't spend all your savings on drinks the night before. Collaborative work-outs prepared by the energetic and funny PTs create a fun atmosphere, and suddenly somehow burpees and running appear to be not SO bad, and even a little bit pleasant at times. My only issue was with the ash pitch I was not prepared to do push ups on, but fortunately towels were provided by the caring Sacha and Marcus :) Also really enjoyed the post-workout lunch together having a nice wee chat with everyone and sharing our fitness journeys and experiences. Will definitely come again when I am back in town!

Fantastic experience: I began working with Archangel Fitness early 2016. I was a member of a gym and attended a few spin and HIIT classes. I’d never been a fan of strength training or using equipment of any kind. I always preferred body weight workouts. That all changed. Marcus at Archangel introduced me to weights, slowly and steadily. I had a bit of a fear to be honest, it was for the serious gym players, but how wrong I was. I had been diagnosed with a degenerative neck condition in 2016 so I had to be super careful. Marcus worked out a plan for me, adapting my workouts not only for my neck but also for my limb deformity (a birth defect). As it turns out the neck issue possibly stemmed from my body overcompensating for this, it was all factored in. A bit of a revelation. Late 2017, 6 months on from my diagnosis I was signed off physio. The physio was mighty impressed at the progress I had made. The strength training I had been doing had contributed massively to building up my neck muscles and giving me back control of my life in all honesty. I only wish more people would embrace weightlifting. At the time you’re thinking “this is surely damaging me or is going to hurt”, then once your body becomes used to it, you realise that working your muscles gives you the strength your body needs to work effectively and to its utmost. Don’t get me wrong Marcus will push you hard and some days you’ll not like him much, but I’ll never look back now. I believe everyone should have a Personal Trainer. Build it into your routine and into your life for a truly sustainable future, for your overall health and well-being. You only live once, make it count in the body you’ve been given. And so we rise indeed...
