Fantastic experience: I trained with Val for a few months to improve ongoing issues with injury and not being able to stick to a consistent exercise plan. I wanted to work on my form and strength so that I could build up my fitness without experiencing the pain and ongoing injuries. Val is extremely knowledgeable and patient and I learned how to do key exercises correctly and built up my strength and fitness levels through strength training and challenging circuit style workouts. She also went the extra mile by giving me workouts to do at home in between sessions and spoke directly with my physio so they could work together to improve my fitness. I now have no more knee pains, no injuries and am exercising more than ever. I highly recommend Val especially if you want to improve the way your body functions and build up your strength. Val really loves what she does and cares about your results!

Fantastic experience: I decided to use Val at first to help me with weightlifting techniques as I was injuring myself from never having learned the proper way to lift weights. I then entered a 12 week strength programme where I had some amazing results. from going to not being able to dead lift properly to managing 3 reps of 120kg (previous was about 100). More than happy with my results, its helped with confidence in life and in football when ever I play. Use Val she is excellent

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a trainer who will push you to achieve your best then Val is just what you need! Her commitment and enthusiasm to getting the most out of your training is second to none. Even when I've felt like I didn't want to train I can wholeheartedly say that I've enjoyed our sessions and been glad that I pushed myself to go. Val is currently training me & my son in an attempt to get him more involved in something physically challenging, despite his difficult moods and lack of attention she has never shown anything less than 100% enthusiasm for engaging with him and keeping him motivated. I'm so pleased we chose to train with her and hugely grateful to her for being willing to take us on, I can honestly say that I'm excited to see what I can achieve with Vals help and highly recommended that you give it a go too.

Fantastic experience: Started training with Val at the start of the year after struggling on with an injury for over 2 years. I was so close to quitting running altogether. With Vals guidance, I've managed to come back stronger and now in an excellent position to beat my PB In 2020. I can not recommend Val enough. A very positive coach with excellent knowledge and an infectious can do attitude to help you achieve your goals. I'm so pleased Be Performance was reccomend to me, I wouldn't be were i am now without Val.

Fantastic experience: I train with Val across a variety of her programmes and have improved my weightlifting massively. I spoke with Val about my personal goals and she has tailored a personal remote program to my needs. If you're looking for a personal trainer in Swindon, want to improve your strength and conditioning or want to develop skills in rowing or running, Val is excellent and I fully recommend her!

Fantastic experience: After 18 months of no excersising due to my knee injury I was anxious to get back into training. I decided to look for a PT to make sure I don't fall back into bad movement patterns.I was looking for someone knowledgeable, who could give me advice how to get back in shape quicker and safe. After some research online I found Val and from the first session I knew that's the right PT for me. She listened to my issues and concerns, looked at my movements and straight away picked up the areas I need to correct. I feel much more confident now with my excersising, my knee has massively improved and now I know how to avoid those injuries in the future. The only thing I regret now is that I waited 18 months and didn't start training with Val much earlier!

Fantastic experience: BE Personal Training really is personalised to you, Val is an awesome instructor who cares about her clients and tailors workouts for amazing results. Her knowledge of physical fitness and her sense of humour make the sessions fun and the time flies! Fantastic experience: I have been training with Val since January, the sessions are tough, fun and always leave me feeling like I have worked hard. During the year I sustained an injury tearing my hamstring whilst doing my own training for a 5 km run and Val ensured she adapted my training sessions with her to support me through my injury. Val is energetic, supportive and the perfect trainer for making you push yourself further than you think you are capable of!

Fantastic experience: Val has been my coach for 2 months now. In that time she’s identified several weaknesses and is helping me fix them through remote programming. She’s extremely knowledgeable but also very open to feedback and will work with you to find a method that helps you achieve your goals. I’d recommend Val to anyone!!
