Fantastic experience: Andy and Gaynor are so welcoming to the gym, allowing me to exercise post partum with baby in the pram. I'm so happy they allow this so I can get back to feeling healthy and fitter than ever. Classes are excellent with heavy weights so I push myself more than solo workouts, definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I joined here back in mid-May after trying a few local places. I live close to the gym, so it is only walking distance. It is open from 6 am to 9 pm, so there are plenty of times for me to go. The classes are far beyond what I expected, and there is something different happening in each class. I have found gyms to be very intimidating, and I would not even dream of going over to the weights area. I can honestly say I have found the nicest bunch of people that attend, including along with the coaches, and the owners Andy and Gaynor. Here I get stuck in without a worry the free weights area is huge! Currently, I am on a 6-week challenge and working hard with their support to reach my fitness goals. I literally want to go all the time! They also hold competitions here due to the size, and I competed in my first Deka competition a few weeks ago. I have found a new passion, friends, and a place to hang out with people all working towards the same goals. You also cannot beat the price! I look forward to seeing where I can take my fitness

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with everything you could want and more! Amazing variety of classes that are enjoyable with great instructors. Friendly atmosphere and great music. Always something going on which I love, whether it's a competition or challenges. If I could give it 10 star I would!!

Fantastic experience: Love the atmosphere and the classes, for example I’ve been working the late shift this week so I’m trying out the morning classes at 6am and each one has brought something different each time I’ve gone. Evening classes are excellent so are the competitions the gym has running every so often ♥️

Fantastic experience: Smart Fit is a great gym and it’s wonderful to be able to support local businesses rather than large chain gyms. It is bright and good layout for a gym with awesome staff and great machines and weight areas.

Fantastic experience: Best gym. Ever❤️❤️❤️ Plenty of space. Loads of equipment that can help you achieve your goals. Weights, calisthenics. And the classes are out of this world. You join Dj Andy's class and debate whether you are at the gym or in a club.. The tempo music he chooses brings out all of them good endorphins. You join Gaynor's classes and your legs and glutes are on fire. Want to target abs? Join Gavin for a killing 30 minutes session. If you are more courageous and want to feel like your body is splitting in pieces and you're breathless but alive at the same time, do a 90/60/30 session with Gavin or a hyrox class with Gaz. Classes are out of this world.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new member to Smart Fit at the new site in Charnock Richard. I was made to feel very welcome and I am loving the classes. The workouts are tough but rewarding and definitely the little push I needed. They have an extensive range of equipment and weights to suit all abilities and workout styles and the classes are varied and dare I say out loud fun ! Can't wait to see what else is to come.

Fantastic experience: An absolute smash of a gym.. the price competes with so called budget gyms but you get a premium product. Top notch strength equipment, excellent classes expertly delivered and a warm and welcoming environment. Best bit is its constantly evolving and being invested in. Do yourselves a favour, ditch your cheap commercial memberships and join somewhere that's run by those who've lived the gym life and industry.
