Fantastic experience: Of all the PTs I have worked with, Louise is the most knowledgeable and supportive when it comes to women’s health and fitness. She speaks pure common sense, no fads or quick fixes, but instead helps you foster an approach that is healthy and sustainable (and with great results)! She also happens to be a lovely person who cares deeply about her clients. I highly recommend her as a PT, and her crèche fit classes in Windsor for mums and babies are also fab!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Louise at Nu Yu Fitness enough. Louise kept me active throughout my second trimester of pregnancy, providing me with techniques, workout plans and nutritional advice. My sessions were something to look forward to rather than dread. I would recommend Nu Yu Fitness to anyone wanting to make a change and also maintain it.

Fantastic experience: After just five weeks of making lots of small changes to my routine, I’ve now started to see the results I’ve been looking for. I’ve discovered lots about eating enough of the right foods and easy ways to increase my activity in the day! Louise is such a great mentor and is always a text away to check in.
