Fantastic experience: Very very welcoming studio. Everyone was so nice, especially Rosie! The ambiance is a bonus and the combos are fun with an emphasis on attention to flow.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Rosie's Pole Fitness classes this October and I'm completely hooked! Not only are the lessons incredibly fun and challenging in the best way, but Rosie creates a chilled out space for everyone to enjoy learning this wonderful new skill. Fantastic experience: Rosie led the most fantastic dance class at a hen do I was on recently. When Rosie demonstrated the choreography we thought there was no way we'd be able to do but it is incredible what Rosie helped us achieve in the 90 odd minutes we were in the class. I really appreciated the warm up beforehand, the advice with techniques and the cool down advice offered after. I would love to do more and can't recommend a class enough for a hen-do activity. We felt empowered and capable and sexier than a lot of us ever thought possible. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I went to the sensual dance class. It was phenomenal, very clever transitions, cool choreo and the studio is lovely. Nice mirrored wall and fairy lights for cute pics. I felt very welcomed and we had lots of laughs.

Fantastic experience: Such a great pole school! Rosie’s teaching is great and her pole community is so supportive and friendly. I found it especially convenient that there is a subscription model for classes, so I could fit classes around work. I also loved there’s so many other varied activities like yoga, conditioning, choreography & showcases - it all really helped build my fitness and confidence. Can’t recommend enough !

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Rosie's classes! She is a not only a professional, talented and disciplined teacher but also great fun to be around and very inclusive too. As a 50 year old beginner I do not feel out of place and she is also so great at being encouraging which really does help me find confidence and determination. I just wish I could attend more classes!

Fantastic experience: Rosie’s classes are a great way to build strength and tone while learning a fun new skill. She is a great teacher, providing clear and simple instruction making it easy to learn new moves, in a relaxed environment. The studio is well set up, in a great location, and always clean and tidy. I’d recommend Rosie’s Pole Fitness to anyone looking for a new way of keeping fit!

Fantastic experience: Since I am doing pole with Rosie, I evolved so much. When I started I had a chronic fatigue and my body felt unrecognisable to me. Since then my body got much stronger, more flexible, energy started to come back and I feel much more confident and sensual in my female body :) I utterly enjoy Rosie's choreo classes where she mixes pole with dance choreography, I absolutely love it! Rosie is such a great teacher/woman, she will meet you where you are at and challenge you in the most positive way, to do things you thought were not possible. It feels really good to see yourself grow in all ways through her classes. I recommend Rosie's pole classes to everyone. Overcome shyness and fear and come visit her in her studio. Fantastic experience: We went along to a taster pole session with Rosie and it was so enjoyable. Rosie made the entire experience so fun and easy for a beginner like me to follow. I will be booking up the beginner course ASAP!

Fantastic experience: I gifted my daughter's a private lesson with Rosie as a taster to pole dance and fitness. Rosie was welcoming and friendly and instantly put us at ease on arrival. The studio was sparkling with light, mirrors and shining poles and an exciting beat of music played inviting a fun time. Rosie kindly allowed me to stay and watch and take photos. I was impressed by Rosie's professional instruction, first starting with some warm up stretches and dance before attentively teaching some nifty moves on the pole, which after a few corrections and a little practise my girls soon got the hang of (i squeezed a little intentional pun in there) Everyone came away satisfied and with a new found confidence for a skill they would like to pursue in the future, both for fun and fitness, Sitting on the side lines watching, I was itching to join in. It's safe to say that this is a recreation that I would like to book together with my girls to learn and share experiences with in the future. Thank you Rosie! See you soon. X

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Rose's classes for about 6 months and go every week. I was a complete novice and was therefore quite nervous at first. Rosie has made the classes so much fun and her attention to detail has helped me improve dramatically. Really recommend.
