Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Jill’s Pilate for beginners class. The classes are very friendly and I am learning new techniques to strengthen my core and pelvic floor every week. So glad I made the step into the unknown to sign up.
Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Jill highly enough. I have been benefiting from her teaching for a year now - 1:1 sessions, in person classes and online classes when I’m working away. I’m feeling fitter, healthier and more balanced. I can do more in class but also in life. I never want to miss sessions (in contrast to my unused gym membership and endless promises to myself…..) and after reluctantly adding kettlebells, one week when I couldn’t make Pilates, I love it and am graduating to heavier weights (important for us post-menopausal women especially!). All that is great but beyond even that, what I notice is the energy Jill brings into the class and shares with the participants, it’s fun even when it’s hard. As a physiotherapist, I am also struck by the level of her anatomical and physiological knowledge, this clearly underpins her approach, her programs and her tailored advice to each of us. She says she is a witch - I’d say there is definitely something magic about Organic Pilates!

Fantastic experience: Jill's classes are so welcoming and friendly! She ensures everyone is welcomed and feels comfortable in their space. Her loft is beautiful and a magical setting for the class. The class is not just a pilates class, it's a chance to connect to yourself, breathe, meditate and really take time to center. Breathwork and serenity aside, the pilates is excellent. I have suffered with backache and sciatica for years and the classes have helped ease the pain, enabled me to recover from flare-ups quicker and gave me hope that I can have a pain free life. Not only this but my flexibility has improved as has my core strength. Jill is so helpful and friendly, and there to offer advice and tips when injured. She makes sure everyone is working at their own pace with their own health and mobility in mind. It's a safe, loving, warm space to connect with yourself and be around a lovely bunch of people. I would (and have) recommend this to anyone wishing to try to better their health. No matter your fitness level, Jill can make a difference!

Fantastic experience: I had a breathwork session with Jill and she used the crystals with breath exercises. It was wonderful, hard to put into words, intense but not uncomfortable. I highly reccommend it. My chakras are feeling amazingly aligned, my zen is balanced and I am sleeping very well too! Great session Jill, and always lovely to catch up too. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had a breathwork session with Jill & it was absolutely amazing. The studio was so lovely & cosy, with nice lights & lovely smells- the set up was perfect. Jill explained breathwork so clearly, it was interesting to understand its history and the benefits it can have. We learned a few different types of breathing, then the CCB was so powerful. Jill made the experience feel very safe & comfortable. It was an amazing experience & I urge anyone & everyone to attend a class.

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 6 week restore your core programme. We learnt so much about how our bodies work and how to keep it healthy. Jill is extremely knowlegedable and i would highly recommend this course.

Fantastic experience: WOW! I had a 1:1 breath work session with Jill and it blew my mind. She made me feel comfortable and reassured me that I was in control. I was concerned deep rooted beliefs or memories might become prominent yet the experience was joyous, freeing and peaked my curiosity about mind and body connection. I am addicted ha ha. It gave me such clarity and combined with coaching I can't begin to imagine the magical benefits. I will certainly return for more breath work even if I have to drive an 80 mile round trip to get there!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of attending a breath work session with Jill at Organic Pilates & Breath Work and it was truly transformative. Jill's guidance and expertise made the experience both relaxing and rejuvenating. Fantastic experience: After 4 years of not doing Pilates I was nervous starting a class again, however, Jill was welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away. I have eased straight back into pilates with the help of Jill. Great class and great instructor. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had an absolute blast at the Organic Pilates retreat weekend. I wish I'd done this sooner! Great classes, great company, beautiful food, stunning scenery. What more could you ask for in a weekend like this to relax and be away from normal day to day life.

Fantastic experience: I have just returned from the Deep Chill retreat and it was amazing. The weekend was spent connecting my myself and a fabulous group of women, taking in Pilates, breath work, nature, walking, laughter, fun, relaxation and restoration. Jill manages to create harmony and space with the right balance and perfectly captures the tone of the group, I can’t wait for next years now!!

Fantastic experience: Just back from Jill's Pilates retreat at Slaley Hall and it was amazing feel really relaxed. Jill runs the best classes including pilates and kettle bells. They are always fun and Jill is really good at engaging with everyone. The studio is beautiful and you feel instantly calm when you walk in. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I met Jill over a year ago when she became on of my photography clients. Jill has a fountain of knowledge around health and wellbeing and with her friendly nature I became a client of her too very quickly. I have accessed two online programs with Jill to help menopause, I have been to two gentle flow programs at the studio and Ive also been attending breath work sessions which I've found to be incredibly powerful. I would highly recommend Jill as she has something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Have done 2 online courses with Jill so far, and am eagerly awaiting for the next one to come up. I have learnt so much about my self, 5 months after an operation and my stomach muscles gradually reconnecting. I now do Jill's workouts every other day. Would highly recommend Jill's workouts.

Fantastic experience: Jill’s Breathwork session was amazing. I was not sure if it was for me as I am constantly on the go but I decided to give it a try and went with an open mind. Through Jill’s expert tuition I found I could be still for longer than 5 minutes and push through the pain of my injuries and surgeries. I had a fantastic positive experience and felt re-energised. The session has had such a positive impact on me and my recovery that I have stopped taking the pain killers I have been on for 20 years. I enjoyed it so much and am that impressed with the health benefits, I have booked onto another session with Jill to continue my Breathwork journey.

Fantastic experience: I was a client of Jill's working with her on her Digital Marketing Strategy and helping her to join the dots and create a more cohesive customer journey with various touch points to help her reach out to her customers and promote her online and in person courses. Luckily I was also able to go through to Jill's studio and she worked with my on a bad ankle injury I had sustained in Summer 2012 that had resulted in Stage 4 Arthritis, several failed operations and then I joined an NHS trial down in Hull which resulted in me getting a cage on my leg, having an ankle distraction and then paying to have stem cell treatment. Jill worked with me on several occasions in a similar way to my limb reconstruction specialist physio in Sunderland - Dawn and showed me how to do some different exercises to help me improve the mobility and strength of my ankle. Which was great because when I went down for my 2nd yearly check up in Hull my consultant said my ankle had improved even more than the 1st year!! Jill really knows her stuff not just about things like that but she really knows her stuff and specialises in the menopause and perimenopause and has some great courses and information on her website if you're experiencing any of those symptoms. Thanks for everything Jill, it's been great working with you.
Fantastic experience: Jill's classes kept me sane during lockdown, she was so quick at getting organised and giving everyone a zoom option when the studio closed. She is bubbly and full of fun and positivity and on top of that she also does really know her stuff!! Not just about the exercises she teaches but also about Nutrition, Physiology, Hormones and Womens Health. She is forever learning and developing and is always willing to pass her knowledge onto her clients.

Fantastic experience: Jill's classes are fabulous! I've been doing both Pilates and Barre for a few years now and her knowledge is amazing..she's constantly researching topics on health and self-improvement, but more than anything, her classes are great fun! Fantastic experience: Jill is an inspiration, her knowledge , enthusiasm and energy infuse everything she does(which is a lot). The seamless move from physicals classes in her studio to on-line classes during the past year or so will have been a lifeline to more than myself. Fantastic experience: I'm back again as a member of Jill's 'Core Club'. I took a break last year when covid first hit, but it feels good to be back. There's a huge variety of exercise sessions to work through in my own time; all organised so I can easily select the right one for me. The recipes are delish, and there's a lush supportive community, for when you need that extra motivational boost. I'd highly recommend Jill for her patience, and her perfect mix of down to earth-ness and woo-woo! She takes no prisoners...but she'll be laughing as she does it!

Fantastic experience: I am a member of Jill’s core club and I also attend her Pilates, kettle bells classes and have had one 2 one reformer sessions with Jill at her studio. Jill was recommended to me. At a time in my life when I am going through many challenges due to an unplanned surgical menopause and needed help to start to regain my fitness and wellbeing. I find Jill super professional and knowledgeable (and good fun as well!) and supportive. She really understands and guides me to exercise and nutrition that really are helping me and I am seeing huge benefits holistically. I find the core club group very supportive and the on demand content excellent for me. Jill’s podcasts and additional information and inspirations are very welcome, she is constantly updating her own knowledge bank, and the online Pilates and kettlebells classes are really welcome. Particularly during the lockdown. Jill has become part of my wellness team and I highly recommend her services particularly to those going through peri-menopause, a natural menopause and surgical menopause.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing Pilates with Jill at Organic Pilates & Wellbeing for over three years and love it. It has definitely improved my core strength and general mobility. Many of Jill's classes are attended by people of varying age and ability, and Jill tailors the exercises to that - offering different levels of difficulty so everyone is covered. She also makes each class different, which keeps things fresh. I would recommend Organic Pilates & Wellbeing, whatever level of fitness you have.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to try pilates by my GP to strengthen my core to help me with back pain. I booked some 1.1 sessions with Jill and can highly recommend her. She is personable and professional and helped me to achieve my goals. Not only is my core strengthened, my back pain relieved, I also lost a stone in weight.
