Fantastic experience: Review from Nina Ingram ….It’s a joy to attend Jane’s classes. We are very much bonded as a group. There’s always interesting topics discussed, joyful banter and lots of laughter as we exercise. Jane is an extremely knowledgeable tutor and really knows her profession. We couldn’t be in better hands. She guides us through a varied and safe routine, targeting different muscle groups, working at our own pace and levels under her watchful eye and guidance. She’s aware of our limitations and adapts the exercises to suit our capabilities. She’s a hard taskmaster but in a gentle and encouraging way. She observes our progression and gives praise to spur us on. The classes are never boring and the hour seems to fly by. When I look back and compare how I was when I first started, to how I am now, I realise how far I’ve come and the benefits gained. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jane, am so glad I found her, she’s wonderful, just what I needed.

Fantastic experience: Jane was recommended to me by a friend at Fylde Coast Breast Cancer Support Group as I was suffering with neuropathy after receiving chemotheraphy. On meeting her for a 1 to 1 session Jane was very welcoming and a great listener ! There is nothing she doesnt know and each week she tailors all exercises to my own personal needs. Thanks to Jane I have the confidence to try almost anything in the safe space she provides and then at home and I'm making great progress !! Along with her praise and encouragement she is always so happy, smiley and positive and I look forward to seeing her every wk ! ( I never thought I'd hear myself say that !!) If you're struggling don't hesitate to contact her no matter how big or small your health issues are I'm sure she can help you as much as she's helped me !

Fantastic experience: On Tuesday, under the supervision of Jane, I ran for the first time in 10 weeks. After a breast cancer diagnosis in late October, it marked exactly 10 weeks from when I’d had a mastectomy and LD flap breast reconstruction. Jane has been pivotal to my pre and post-op rehabilitation during both group class sessions and ongoing 121personal training. Although her extensive qualifications provided immediate reassurance that I was in good hands, it was her extensive experience of working with others, in the same of similar situation to myself, that gave me confidence that Jane could help me regain a good level of fitness in a safe and carefully managed way. Jane’s inspirational personal approach has and continues to be instrumental and in my physical, mental and emotional recovery.

Fantastic experience: Only been three times so far but as a breast cancer warrior I can thoroughly recommend Jane. She is knowledgeable, experienced and gives you confidence to complete exercises that you may not want to try. It’s also lovely to have other warriors in the class who share good advice and humour! I wish I had used her for some 1:1 advice when I was having my chemo and was unable to exercise amongst others.
Fantastic experience: Amazing PT. Jane is so knowledgeable about so many health conditions and taylors your sessions around your conditions. I have every confidence in Jane and always feel so much better after going. Fabulous listener too.

Fantastic experience: Jane has an absolute wealth of knowledge in so many different injuries and conditions. She helped prepare me for surgery, and as a result my recovery has far exceeded expectations. Fantastic experience: Jane really helped to restore my confidence following an injury. She was recommended to me by my physiotherapist. She designed a personalised routine to work on aspects of strength and fitness and encouraged ke whilst monitoring my progress . Fantastic experience: I have been attending Northwest Health and Fitness for three years for all round fitness and also for focused exercises for specific problems and injuries. I originally started going to prepare for a knee replacement operation and then to recover maximum flexibility post-op. Jane offers an excellent service over a wide range of conditions apart from knees and hips. She offers programs for various cancers treatments both pre-op and post-op and also recovery from strokes. Jane has many years experience and many qualifications which are refreshed annually. She is extremely well organised with an eye for detail and words of encouragement when required. Martin

Fantastic experience: I had a massive problem with my hips, in-fact had to have them both replaced. Jane Dean helped me tremendously with pre and post op exercises which got my body ready for the operation and then furthermore, helped me recover as fast as physically possible.
