Fantastic experience: Lorna takes good care to make sure the exercises she gives you compliments your abilities and will tailor your sessions accordingly. A good thing to do to help with back/ joint pain as it is low impact, however the exercises can be ramped up to be more energetic / strenuous as you like. The equipment in itself is so versatile that it can work any muscle group, joints or general flexibility!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing experience and Lorna is a dedicated and experienced instructor. Gyrotonic sessions allowed me to return to sport after a bad fall and ongoing sessions help to keep me supple and toned. Would highly recommend.
