Fantastic experience: I’ve been an online Perk member for over a year and am very happy with the service. The workouts are challenging and can make you feel pain in places that you didn’t know existed. I feel strong and more confident in my body. The weekly structure of the workouts provide an opportunity to practice the moves and notice a difference across the week which I love. I have also visited the studio. A great set up with all the equipment you’ll need. Least of all Bahar is amazing, very welcoming and encouraging - making for a stronger burn.

Fantastic experience: Perk has, quite literally, changed my life. I've become stronger and leaner, but coming regularly to Perk makes me feel so much better generally. The class format changes every week, with its own carefully curated playlist. The sessions are challenging but incredibly effective, and the whole community is so supportive. The instructors - led by Perk's founder Bahar - are world class. I cannot recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Perk once a week for the last two years. I LOVE it! It’s hardcore but it works. There’s no way I’d be able to push myself that hard without the comradery, amazing music, humour and kickass brilliance of Bahar and her crew. Fantastic experience: I started using perk online about 6 months ago. It’s been a total game changer! I love the flexibility it gives me to workout at home and fit it around running and other exercise. Bahar’s instruction is as precise and detailed as what you get in the studio which really maximising the workout. Plus it’s a new workout every week so you work different body parts all the time. Excellent value for money and muscles!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing twice a week for the last 6months and I'm completely hooked! Bahar and her team create this amazingly welcoming, supportive and fun environment - I started very "unfit" and it took only a few sessions to move out of the "I'm never going to manage" to "I love it" and wanting more! The classes are very well designed and I can feel how each exercise helps mobilize and impact several body parts at once! Well done Perk!

Fantastic experience: The online classes are amazingly effective, fun and push me really hard but I always just about survive! It’s addictive! I love Perk online I can do half or whole workouts and each week is different. In person Bahar is a force of nature with a wink in her eye and excellent taste in music, very rare for exercise classes!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Perk more highly. Bahar and Roslyn have hugely helped my recovery after giving birth and have made me feel confident, strong and happy in my body again! They have been so supportive - working with my body at my pace, encouraging me every step of the way and giving me advice about nutrition. I am now 9 months postpartum and have never felt better and a huge part of that is down to Perk.

Fantastic experience: Perk happens at a beautiful studio with bright dumbbells, bands, blocks and balls; floor to ceiling mirrors and perfectly assembled daily playlists. The Workout Of week recipe designed by Bahar is very effective at mobilising all muscles, including those you never knew you had. I never was one to stick to a fitness class but I have now been going twice weekly for almost a year, happily occupying a discreet corner. This is a transformative workout, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The best workout ever. I used to see an osteopath every six weeks before finding this class. I have tried everything from yoga to pilates to kickboxing…Bahar is next level. I have never felt as fit as i do in my 50s, thanks to Perk.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Perk more than a year ago, after 2 pregnancies, 2 C sections and a lower back injury (probably caused by carrying around the kids). My back and posture were in a bad shape!! I was often experiencing lower back pain and I couldn’t find a workout that would help me reinforce my core while being safe for my back. Then I found Perk and that was a game changer. The exercises are so well designed to reinforce your core, the vibe and the music are SUPER and Bahar helped me to adapt the exercises to make sure I was progressing at the right pace for my back. I don’t have back pain anymore and my posture has significantly improved! I now go twice x week, it’s so addictive!!!

Fantastic experience: Joining the Perk family is definitely the best decision I’ve made for my fitness journey! Fantastic experience: I went out last night and wore an outfit that I love. Over the two years I’ve had it it’s got really tight on my arms and it made me feel a bit old. BUT last night I put it on and it slipped over was occurred to me was a pair of not bad at all arms!!! I felt AMAZING and had a brilliant night. The only thing I have changed. Is adding two Perk sessions a week to my life I’m 50 next week and I don’t care. So grateful to Perk’s incredible team

Fantastic experience: After moving to London from NYC (regularly taking classes at Equinox and Tracy Anderson), I was struggling to find anything similar -typical London classes are only 45 minutes, have terrible music IMO, no community aspect and were not challenging in the way I was used to. Finding Perk was a breath of fresh air in the London smokestack! The Perk classes are 60 minutes, challenging, upbeat and leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the world! More importantly Bahar has created a community of women who are kind, friendly, and cheer each other on as we tone our bodies and minds.

Fantastic experience: Straight up changed my life and that is no exaggeration. I have tried it all, all over the world and never found something so effective and so easy to incorporate into my busy and unpredictable daily life routine. The flexibility of having the same workouts online and in studio week on week means I can be consistent no matter what's going on in my life. The music in the studio is as unique, varied, and thoughtfully curated as the exercises and technique and keeps me coming back (just did my 100th class!)

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt my favourite workout I've ever done. Bahar (and her wonderful team) have created something truly special - varied, challenging, intense classes which push you to your limit, yet which are also incredibly fun with cracking playlists and a real sense of achievement at the end of a class. Fantastic experience: Bahar, Roslyn and the team at Perk are brilliant. The format of the class changes weekly and the content is always inspired, fun and challenging. Bahar has created a winning formula that is nurturing yet demanding and I have felt my body change after years of being stuck in a rut and reaching a plateau in other hiit/pilates classes. Beyond the classes there is a supportive and open perk community where everyone is welcome. I really would recommend giving this class a try, although be warned you may become addicted!

Fantastic experience: Perk is just the best combination of strength work, toning and a touch of aerobic HIIT thrown in - all taught in a whirlwind of amazing tunes and enthusiastic teachers Bahar and Ros. I appreciate the generous amount of warm up and stretch and relax time at the beginning and end, which i find lacking at other practices/classes. I’ve come to enjoy the 1st and 2nd day post-Perk-burn -which just proves it’s working! ;)

Fantastic experience: In several decades of exercise from dance to weighs, HIIT to Pilates, this is hands down one of the best classes I’ve ever done! The teacher combines being a world class fitness guru with irrepressible coolness (the playlists!) and a direct, personal knowledge of you and your body as soon as you walk into the room (everyone’s names are known and exercises skillfully adapted for fitness levels or injury recovery). Expect intense barre fusion, a fast paced, brilliantly thought-through session (you’ll never be bored!) and to feel like you’ve earned that perfect perky peach!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love these classes! The whole concept is completely novel. There are new classes every week. This keeps things fresh, fun and interesting. It’s great to go to a class that is so focused on the female body. I feel like I’m building a deeper strength that I lacked for a long time. Fantastic experience: Bahar has created a unique, invigorating, full body program that changes weekly. I was finding it difficult to motivate myself to exercise when a friend recommended her classes. There is so much energy and encouragement in one little room and the music is banging. I look forward to going and miss it if I can’t. There is a great community of women on the WhatsApp group Bahar created to support and encourage each other and her right hand woman Roslyn also deserves a shoutout for the same energy and expertise in her classes though when she says ‘up an inch’ you know it’s going to hurt….

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this place for 18 months now, multiple times a week and I love it more and more. It's the only work out that works for me and shows results. It's the only workout I actually want to go to at 6:30 am in the morning (and I used to hate any form of exercises). It probably sounds totally fake but I can confidently say it has changed my life and the relationship I have to my body. It's the combination of Bahar (the owner), the choice of music, the intimate space and the ever changing routines.

Perk has been a total game-changer for me, reaching parts of body I’d never activated before in previous classes (including yoga, and pilates). It incorporates so many elements crucial to longevity and fitness: strength, balance, core, resilience - and all achieved in a fun, safe and low-impact way with the expert guidance of fitness trainer Bahar and her amazing team. Fantastic experience: Perk has been brilliant to my physical and mental health. I’ve gotten far more out of the sessions than I expected. The founder Bahar and her team are INCREDIBLE! They all give us the most out of every session keeping it fun and sexy! (Yes, here a work out and a vibe go hand in hand).
