Everyone is so welcoming and supportive and the team of coaches are professional, knowledgeable and offer guidance and encouragement to reach your goals. I have gained in strength and confidence since joining and my fitness levels have improved greatly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I joined 3 Bros CrossFit in mid-2023, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my fitness and overall well-being. From day one, the atmosphere has been welcoming, supportive, and genuinely motivating. The coaches – Jack, Chaz, and Dave – are nothing short of brilliant. Each of them brings their own unique energy and expertise to every session. Whether it’s Jack’s focus on technique, Chaz’s infectious enthusiasm, or Dave’s ability to push you just the right amount, they ensure that every class is engaging, challenging, and tailored to help you thrive. They’re not just coaches – they’re mentors who truly care about your progress and make you feel part of a community. I’ve seen incredible progress since joining, both in my strength and confidence. The programming is varied, thoughtful, and accessible for all levels, but still manages to challenge you to push past your limits. The gym itself is well-equipped, and the camaraderie among members is unmatched. If you’re looking for a place to improve your fitness while being surrounded by passionate coaches and an amazing community, I can’t recommend 3 Bros CrossFit enough. It’s not just a gym – it’s a family.

Fantastic experience: Honestly couldn't have asked for a better team, Jack is a great coach and deserves all the success in the world, he really cares to see you succeed. If you're really interested in getting back in the gym, picking up a new hobby, and/or meeting great people, this is it!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in to try the gym, the head coach wasn’t working but Charlie immediately welcomed me when I walked in and made me feel comfortable. I’ve been doing CF for 10 years and hold a L1 qualification so feel justified in saying the coaching was relaxed, informative and knowledgeable. The gym itself is small but well organised, equipped, clean and with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend whatever your level of experience. Had a good time and will go again.

Fantastic experience: Stopped by for a couple of drop-ins whilst away on work. The box is well equipped and clean, and the coaches were very welcoming. Will definitely come back if I'm in town

Fantastic experience: I was in a slump of no get up and go! I googled cross fit and didn't really know what to expect. It definitely wasn't this..... I have tried everything and this is the only training I have stuck to for years. The community are lovely, the environment is very friendly and it actually makes me want to train! I look forward to going and seeing the crew and feel amazing when I leave. The coach/owner Jack is so down to earth and encouraging, making adjustments during the workouts which was key for me when my fitness was at an all time low. My only regret is not joining sooner. Get involved you will not look back!

Fantastic experience: After having my children, my fitness hasn’t been a priority for a few years. Joining 3bros was the best thing iv done for myself for a long time. I try to go twice a week and have already seen great progress with my strength and fitness. Jack and the other coaches are fantastic, really welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. Book for a trial, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Best CrossFit gym I’ve ever been too. Equipment is clean and serviceable, coaches are great. Helped my technique out a lot and got several PB’s. The community is amazing; supportive, encouraging and helpful. There’s a big ginger fella there too that looks like Jeffrey Dahmer. Jack Bloss and his wife run an amazing gym at the most reasonable CrossFit prices i have ever seen. Highly recommend. Mention scully and your get 0% off your monthly dues!

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough nice things about the owner, Jack. He is always professional and kind to his members. He takes the time to give understandable instruction and goes out of his way to make anyone new to CrossFit feel comfortable. Not only is he an awesome coach, but he trains alongside his members and practices what he preaches. He celebrates your wins and progress with you. CrossFit is truly for everyone, and if you want a nonjudgmental, fun way to get a good sweat in and better your mental and physical health, then you need to join this gym!

Fantastic experience: The trainer/owner is awesome. I had no CrossFit experience but I never felt out of place and everyone was welcoming. I was taught all the basics and they offer class times for any schedule. They have early morning and late evening to accommodate almost anyone. The classes are challenging but their is always adjustments for all fitness levels. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend it enough! In the short time I’ve attended this CrossFit gym I’ve made more progress and learnt more from the coaches than I have in the last 10 years attending standard gyms. Jump on the free taster session you won’t be disappointed!

It's a great space to just come away from life for a little bit and have a laugh. There is no competition and anyone can do this. The coaches are always available, ready to chat and listen. Fantastic experience: I was anxious before going to my first class as my fitness levels aren’t great but it was a really positive, welcoming atmosphere. Friendly & knowledgeable trainer, great quality equipment and the members made me feel very welcome. If you are considering giving this place a try then do it! I’m glad I did.

It's second home and second family ❤ I highly recommend 3Bros CrossFit to anyone who wants to get in shape, get strong, get fit and be around people who inspire you to be better than you were yesterday. The coaches are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable- JB, Jack M, Ash. The classes goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it (well... depends on workout of the day) Everyday is a new training, new weakness to discover and work on.., so it is never boring.
