Fantastic experience: Amazing friendly local gym, great community and very supportive

Fantastic experience: This is one of the most unique gyms I've ever come across - genuinely more of a community than a gym. Mel helps all sorts of people who thought they could never go to a gym realise that they can, and thrive. Menopausal mums, PTSD survivors, disability athletes, people battling cancer - an amazing mix of people. It's really friendly and super supportive and welcoming. AND they have all the kit you'd expect. A really brilliant place.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Mel for a couple of years now, and the difference between when I started and now is huge. I train for strength and bulk, and with personalised training programs and nutrition advice I'm now lifting the most I ever have - double what I could when I started. Totally professional, totally chilled, always a good laugh. Plus, the new location is brilliant too.

She's more than the most incredible trainer, her patience and dedication are second to no she will help you on the right path. She did for me. This gym will be a huge success because it so personal, you're not just a number, you're worth something.

Fantastic experience: Amazon24 is more than a gym. I have been going for over 3 years and it’s become part of my life and my route. No one judges you, everyone is welcomed, the training is second to none. I would totally recommend checking it out there are lots of different classes, so something for everyone !!

Fantastic experience: I had been trying for so long to find group fitness classes that weren’t based in a gym and then a friend of mine recommended Amazon24Fitness! I’ve been enjoying two classes a week for the past year now and I’m am still loving it and the positive change it has had on my body and mind. All the trainers are friendly and approachable and I’ve even made new friends. We support each other and always have a laugh so it never gets dull.

Fantastic experience: I belonged to a big commercial gym, it was OK. I went often because I wanted to get fit but I always left feeling like I was glad it was done for the day. I then joined Amazon24 Fitness, I am fitter then I have ever been, the encouragement, sense of community, laughter and deep routed care of your well being is what makes this place tick. I still leave a class glad its done but I cant wait to get back again and see what I can achieve.

I am so pleased I joined Amazon fitness, these people have made me fitter, stronger and more confident and I have made some lovely friends, and for an extra kick they do PT sessions. Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Amazon24 fitness. The fitness instructors are amazing fierce ladies who put you through your paces by being firm but friendly to get the best out of you. They offer a variety of exercise classes to suit every age and shape. I look forward to every class I attend. Top place for fitness In the Medway area by far.
