Alongside the classes, you get full access to my app, HT Fitness Online so you can use the nutrition tools, do extra workouts and track your progress over the 4 weeks too!
My drive for making fitness accessible for everyone has lead me to launching HT Online Studio, an app that means you don't just need to be in the studio to enjoy and make the most of HT.
A mixture of Yoga, Pilates, Dance and Tai Chi inspired exercises designed to strengthen and increase flexibility. This 45min class uses body weight exercises to strengthen and tone also incorporating deep core work.
I love that I am now able to offer Sports Massage Therapy on top of my Personal Training sessions and classes, both in the studio or coming to you! The benefits of massage are so many, not just if you are injured or experiencing discomfort but to keep your muscles healthy! It's so good for your body to release tension and stress, flush out toxins, promote healing of tissues and improve the overall health of your muscles. You also don't need to be an athlete to benefit from this!!! Massage is good for EVERYONE! No matter how active or inactive you are, whether you exercise or not. - Helps with posture - Relieves tension - Promotes tissue healing - Relieves muscular aches and pains - Helps to alleviate muscle imbalances The list goes on....

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the classes here with Hannah and Dawn - it’s social, good fun and everyone is made to feel really welcome. I’d also recommend Hannah’s Online Coaching - she is so down to earth and supportive, most of all she is real - life happens, she reminds you to stop beating yourself up, and really helps mindset as well.
Fantastic experience: I suffer from blood clots, I have 8 DVT's and a PE. Hannah has developed a unique training plan to help me gain strength in my legs again. The support and encouragement from Hannah is amazing, I struggle daily due to the pain from my clots, but she is there and helps me every step of the way.
