Fantastic experience: Did the mobility package with Rob Highly recommend this for anyone new to exercise or with niggles like me. I did this as I suffer from minor back ache and had a few niggles from an old motorbike accident. The first session consisted of Rob getting to know my worries and what I wanted to achieve. The next few weeks consisted of a personalised session where Rob ran me through exercise to do, which I could repeat at home between sessions. The sessions changed each week as I got stronger or progress over the past week. My niggles have disappeared and I'm now at the stage where I can feel I can exercise without worrying. Really recommend this package.

Fantastic experience: Rob knows his stuff and is constantly adding to his skills and services. I used to do his exercise classes with him which were great fun but nowadays he is my masseuse when I break myself.
