Fantastic experience: Iwona has been instrumental in treating old scar tissue from a massive haematoma on my back caused by a horse riding accident. The scar tissue has literally been massaged away. It was not in the least painful and has helped the mobility of my back. I would definitely recommend TRT.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic 6 months at TRT rehab. I have been diagnosed with canvas syndrome so wanted to strengthen my legs and feet and try to put myself in a better place both in mind and body. You gain so much by working with Iwona and Marie - they have so much combined knowledge and genuinely care for their clients. The Powerful Ladies Class - this class has been a game charger for my fitness and mental health. It's a space to exercise, get fit and let go of your worries by having a laugh and being silly. Each week I notice and appreciate the positive changes to my physical strength, fitness and mindset. And I love all the fun challenges with they lovely supportive ladies in the class.

Her listening and overall communication skills are outstanding, her knowledge base extremely broad and deep. She shares her own life's journey which augments her crediblity and creates trust with the patient. She made no claims about what she may achieve however the reviews on here speak for themselves. Furthermore, there was no pressure to make another appointment. After meeting with her, I can fully appreciate that the various awards on display at the gym are so fully deserved. Fantastic experience: I suffered from bad back for ages to the point I couldn't last few hours sitting at work (office). After few sessions with Iwona I could feel the difference! Before we started she assessed me, asked about my work, life to really get the picture where the bad back was coming from. Then one day, after a massage I walked out without that sharp pain and it was unbelievable! Iwona is a great therapist, she doesn't only help with the issues but also tries to find a cause of pain and prevent it from coming back. She advised what to charge at my working station and pointed some bad habits that would add to bad back. I had a massage with Marie once and she was also amazing! I would recommend TRTrehab to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I am a relatively young guy working in the office. I suffered from a neck pain caused by a bad sitting position behind the desk. After a fantastic massage session with Iwona I decided to get a 6-month treatment. The neck pain disappeared after a few weeks of exercising and massage sessions. Fantastic experience: I had a very painful lower back issue which no one over the last few years had been able to sort out. The team at TRT assessed my condition and helped my recovery massively. Fantastic experience: In August 2021 I slipped my disc. Friend reccomended me TRTrehab. After initial consultation I was offered 6 months plan. After completing 4 months of excersises and massages I can finally say hello to lofe without pain.
