Fantastic experience: Mr Root is an excellent leader and instructor, adapting his teaching to the individual child. The instructor team are excellent, motivating and challenging the class. Its lovely to see students evolving into instructors. My daughter now 9yrs old, started in Pandas and now in Dragons. Her confidence has grown, the classes keep her fit and focused, with her skills improving. The support and encouragement from her team mates is brilliant to see. Such a great mix of martial arts, sparring, wrestling, taekwondo just to name a few. My daughter looks forward to her weekly class. Definitely a family from home.

Fantastic experience: This club runs sessions at Broom Leys School and more recently at Ashby Hastings Primary. Over the years my son has developed Self Defence, Confidence and Fitness to name a few. Staff are totally dedicated and passionate about what they do. If you want something different than the usual Football, Rugby etc then give them a go.
