Fantastic experience: I was recovering from a 2nd frozen shoulder when i joined. I had an operation for the 1st frozen shoulder! Now I know that I didn't need the operation - Dennis would have fixed it! I have been able to lift weights that I never expected to lift - thanks for Dennis' guidance and patience. I have sweated and ached but I have returned for more! With Dennis' guidance, now I know how to exercise when i go to my local gym. Everyone I have met in Studio23 gym has been very friendly. I would definitely recommend Studio23 Gym. Thanks Dennis!
