Aerial Stilettos

Fantastic experience: I absolutely adore Iwona’s Chair Dance classes. I have been welcomed by her and all the other participants. It may be a cliché, but I have felt totally empowered by these sessions. Iwona is an incredibly talented performer, but also an incredibly kind and careful teacher. She ensures complete safety for all moves, and now the moves I can make on a chair are amazing! From straddle, to standing, to shimmying whilst bending over backwards! Everyone wears whatever is comfortable, and the group shares a lovely sense of humour whilst we get to grips with moves. There is a new routine every 5 weeks, at fantastic value. Videos are shared every week so you can practice at home, and In the final week we are welcome to dress up, and Iwona enhances the hall with cool lighting. Brilliant for wellbeing in every aspect - I’m stronger, more flexible - and happier!

Fantastic experience: Started with the dance and stretch and flex 8mths ago, achieving positions I didn’t think possible, I ache afterwards but the pain is so worth the gain, friendly, fun and non judgemental environment but 100% encouraging. Since added silks to my list of new things to try!! Nothing is impossible, support guidance and a bloody good laugh!! Never to old to learn new skills, Iwona makes each session fun and invigorating! You know you’ve had a good session when you ache the next day!! Would absolutely recommend anyone both male and female to step out their comfort zone and join a session,

Fantastic experience: Iwona is the most incredible teacher. Shes knowledgable, welcoming, and ensures that all people of all abilities have the space to get fit and have fun doing it! Any nerves when walking into class or a one to one session with Aerial Stilettos, quickly evaporate when you realise there is no judgement on abilities or looks. It's all about having fun, getting fitter - whatever that may look like for each person, and feeling a sense of achievement when you can accomplish something you couldn't before!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Aerial Stiletto's highly enough. I have regular sessions with Iwona, she is an amazing aerial teacher. Iwona is always positive and supportive and offers guidance whenever needed to help you achieve your goals. I always enjoy our lessons and I can't wait for our next one.
