Fantastic experience: When you realise it's not a training day and feel sad.. That's when you know how good Pink Ladies is! 18 months in from walking nervously through that door and I can't wait for each session. All sizes, ages and abilities.. Everyone is welcomed with open arms. You will work hard but the rewards are amazing. Everyone should come and try Pink Ladies.. You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Pinkladies for 2 years. I needed to start something for health reasons and chose Pinkladies as it was just Ladies, well apart from Allen the coach but he doesn’t count he is like another one of us Allen has a very you can do it attitude and so do the Ladies that go. The training can be intense but when you leave after the 45 minutes you feel so proud and happy that you stuck with it. If any of you ladies reading this comment and think I want to do it but I can’t ! I suffer from anxiety and depression and it’s the best thing I have done to help treat my problems. I am such a better person mentally and physically Don’t feel alone a lot of ladies suffer from these conditions so you are not alone.. YOU CAN DO IT !!

Fantastic experience: Excellent way to workout. Fantastic ladies who all work as a group and make everyone feel welcome. Great coach who pushes you to reach your goals. Great atmosphere both physically and socially. Makes you want to Work out and go back again.

Fantastic experience: As a beginner to both boxing and exercise in general, I could not feel more welcome amongst some fabulous ladies. Allen is a brill coach, supportive and really gets the best out of you. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Pink Ladies for two years now, still loving it. Girls are fab and Allen is a great coach and i’ve changed and progressed with my fitness journey massively i’m overall more confident and in good shape!
