Fantastic experience: I have been training with Renel for over year and he is amazing always has the faith in my own abilities when I don't he was even training me in my early pregnancy we would of continued if I was advised not to by my midwife he is amazing and I wouldnt haven't anyone train me I will be back in the gym in 2021 once I am allowed.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Renel for some time now. He is professional in his role as a personal trainer and keep me motivated especially when I just want to give in. He communicates and instruct me well in training. I am sure if you ever to give him a go as your trainer and follow the programme you will achieve your goals. He also have a smile.
