Fantastic experience: Been doing this class for about 3 years now - would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Debi’s approach recognises and promotes the inseparable relationship between physical and mental health. Her classes reflect this and her belief in nurturing ourselves rather than punishing our bodies with extreme demands!!
