Fantastic experience: Since joining the gym I have become fitter, stronger and have much more motivation! I have really noticed positive results from attending 4 times a week and completing the unique circuit. Everyone at the gym is so friendly and welcoming and I love the warm atmosphere. All the trainers are so lovely and encouraging, they don't judge you if you have an "off day". The circuit only takes 30 mins so it's easy to fit in after work. I look forward to continuing my fitness/weight loss journey with Gymophobics Redditch! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Sam enough! From day one, she has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating. She takes the time to understand individual goals and always provides encouragement to push yourself while making workouts enjoyable. Her positive energy and expertise make a real difference, and thanks to her guidance, I’ve seen great progress in my fitness and confidence. Fantastic experience: I have been a member here since April 2021 and can highly recommend it, the ladies are all friendly and welcoming and help you to get the results you require! I didn’t join to lose weight, wanted to tone up and get fitter and feel like I am achieving that, I definitely have muscles I didn’t have before & feel more flexible. Love that it is women only and can have a good natter while working out! I try to go 3 times a week, 30 minutes is all it takes

Fantastic experience: Knew I had to get back into going to the gym but hate them , don’t feel comfortable or confident enough at a normal gym so put my big girl pants back on and rejoined at Redditch , where I knew I would feel completely safe and confident, where there are no egos or shaming ! I have to travel 7 miles or so to get there but it’s worth it for peace of mind . The staff and ladies are very welcoming and it’s such a good experience going there , so thank you for helping me get my mojo back !

Fantastic experience: Knew I needed to loose weight but was nervous to join a gym being the size i was. So my friend encouraged me to join Gymophobics as she is a member there and with this being a all ladies gym was less daunting to walk into. January i went along for my induction where I met the team off instructors and a programme was designed for me they explained all equipment clearly monitor you regularly checking your weight Blood pressure bmi and giving encouragement throughout. I now go regularly on my own and have so far managed to loose 2.5stone and still hoping to loose more.All the other members are so lovely and friendly would highly recommended this gym to any woman no matter what shape size or fitness level you are at as the instructors there are amazing

Fantastic experience: This is a fabulous ladies only gym, the resistance machines target all areas. The staff are amazing, so helpful and always ready with lots of advice. I always feel great when I’ve completed my workout. It’s a big happy family and you can always guarantee a good laugh with like minded members.

Fantastic experience: I love Gymophobics! Having recently retired, I needed some motivation to get going in the morning - and my early morning circuits fit the bill. My strength and stamina has improved, my body shape is changing and I feel good! The gym atmosphere is great - friendly and knowledgeable instructors and the ladies in the morning crew have become friends! I am not a natural gym person, but I would thoroughly recommend Gymophobics

Fantastic experience: Where to start! I love and so look forward to my daily visits to this wonderful gym! I had lost two stone prior to joining but needed to tone and lose another stone - well on track; not only with my own determination but, also, with the vast amount of encouragement, knowledge and approachable atmosphere given by ALL staff at the gym. I started in August and feel very at home. Highly recommend! Five stars from a very happy me!

Fantastic experience: Joining Gymophobics Redditch is the best decision I've ever made regarding my fitness, I've joined other places for exercise but here is where I feel most comfortable as it's a ladies only gym. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly and also on hand with help and advice. The 30 minute air resistance circuit is tailored to everyone individually which leads to great results. 100% highly recommend.

The staff are wonderful supportive ladies and we all have some laughs , it's so good for your mental health too , I come away with a spring in my step .

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend coming here enough I go to gym regularly but I have just had my 1st treatment in bodylean today with Sophia and I felt at ease straight away everything explained and answered all my questions I come away feeling happy and good about myself.

Fantastic experience: Gymophobics Redditch is a fabulous place to join. Such friendly staff and members. Very attentive staff with thorough knowledge of what is best for whatever you want to achieve, be it losing weight, getting fit, dietary advice etc. A very easy going gym, with a lovely social aspect. Just a 30 minute workout by doing 3 minutes on each piece of equipment using air resistance, so no pounding on treadmills etc. I’ve been going for 5 weeks and I have lost just over 8 lbs in weight and 6 inches overall. I absolutely love going and I feel happier and more relaxed, and I am sleeping far better. 3 minutes on a piece of equipment is probably as long as it takes to make a cup of tea. So if you’ve been looking to get and feel better, give Gymophobics a go. What have you got to lose except excess lbs.
